Roofing Sales Representative (1099) – High Earning Potential | Rhino Roofers

Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Location: San Antonio, TX (with support in Austin as needed)
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | In-Field Sales

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Average annual earnings: $90,000 – $150,000
  • Top performers: $185,000+
  • Commission structure: 10–50/50 split based on profit
  • Ramp pay available during the first 90 days:
  • Up to $500 per week based on activity KPIs (doors knocked, inspections, attendance)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and personal marketing efforts
  • Conduct roof inspections and meet with homeowners
  • Sell both insurance restoration and retail roofing projects
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through close

Support & Resources

  • CRM system and sales tools
  • Company-provided marketing materials and uniforms
  • Company-issued iPhone and iPad
  • Full operational support, including scheduling, procurement, and installation

Our model is designed so that sales professionals can focus entirely on revenue-generating activities.

Training & Development

  • Assigned Team Lead for hands-on onboarding and ongoing support
  • Training in canvassing, inspection processes, and roofing systems
  • Performance-driven environment where leadership is directly invested in your success

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in in-home sales, canvassing, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication and closing ability
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to prospecting
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, performance-driven role
  • Technologically proficient and organized

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean background
  • Ability to climb roofs
