Our experience with the Rhino Roofers team was exceptional from the free inspections with “live views” of the attic and roof through goal setting, improvement options, material selections and payment options. After we agreed to move forward, team members guided us through what to expect with each step and gave us reminders along the way. Installation was a fine tuned orchestration by experienced crew members. The house was draped, old roof materials were removed and disposed of, then new materials and better attic vents were installed. The lawn sweep for metal is also appreciated! Again, We were able to view all progress “live”. Thanks to Jonathan, Allison, Catalina, Deven, the entire office and the entire crew for a job well done. Forgive me for not listing everyone’s name. Rhino Roofers replaced my roof today. The team got to my house early and quickly began setting up. They worked very hard in the extreme heat and finished my roof the same day. The team cleaned up my property and the neighbors property after installing the roof. Everyone I have encountered with the company are really nice and pleasant. Awesome company.

Richard was absolutely incredible! He went in the attic and on the roof even in this heat and explained everything very thoroughly. He’s explained what I need to do to get it fixed and was as professional as anybody could be.. I was extremely impressed with the technology to include his special little drone. That was magnificent.. He provided me with photos and video to help me totally understand how the original roof was not properly installed and what it will take to fix it. I am extremely impressed. Not just with the technology of the drone, but with Richard himself and his professionalism.

I had to replace my roof due to hail damage. I also have 39 solar panels installed. B great fortune, a Rhino Roofers rep came by and ask to do an inspection. That was the beginning of a fantastic experience! They did the inspection, showed my pictures of the damage and assisted in filing my insurance claim. My claim was initially declined, but they insisted in proving that the damage was intense and we resubmitted; it was approved. Their process was so reassuring. They handled everything, and this is very important. They contracted a fantastic company, SunSecure, to remove and re-install my solar panels, what a great job they did. Rhino kept me completely informed on every step of the project. When it was to start; when it started; the completion of every step and finally the clean-up. I was encouraged to inspect of every step of the project and to comment on any improvement. This is the second roof I had replaced and if there is going to be a next time it will be by Rhino Roofers!!!! , ;

He recently came out to complete an inspection, and I was very impressed with both his professionalism and his customer service. Richard took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. What stood out most, however, was that he approached the situation as a person first. He was patient, empathetic, and understanding, taking the time to slow down and address my concerns. I have used Rhino Roofers in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of their work. This experience only reinforced why I continue to trust them with my home. Andres from Rhino Roofers came out to help troubleshoot a leak we have been having at an awning over our garage. He was extremely thorough with evaluating the issue as well as inspecting the overall condition of our whole roof. He was very professional, personal, and just generally a nice person. My parents needed a new roof. Their old roof was at least 20 years old and had developed holes that caused significant water damage, including leaks inside the house and damage to the ceilings. After researching roofing companies online, getting recommendations, and even having another company come out for an estimate, we ultimately chose Rhino. The reason was simple: Kurt, who helped us through the sales process, was incredibly kind and understanding. My father has Stage 4 cancer, and both of my parents need a great deal of support. From the very beginning, I made it clear that this project needed to go smoothly, and Kurt listened. He never tried to oversell us, was honest about the pricing, and clearly explained the entire process. On installation day, Matt, the supervisor, kept me informed every step of the way. He provided updates throughout the day and shared progress photos so we could see the work being completed in real time. Everyone on the roofing crew was professional, courteous, and respectful. Our biggest concern—which we emphasized repeatedly—was making sure the backyard was thoroughly cleaned afterward. My parents have two beagles, and if you know anything about beagles, you know they'll eat just about anything. It was critical that every piece of roofing material and debris be picked up before the job was finished. So far, we haven't found anything concerning left behind. Another reason we chose this company was their monthly payment option. Most companies required payment upfront or split between the beginning and end of the project. With my father's ongoing cancer treatments, monthly payments were the only affordable option for my parents. It gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing that my parents now have a brand-new roof that will keep water out of their home and help keep them safe.
