On the day of your appointment, your roofing consultant will call or text to let you know they are on the way. They will arrive promptly at the scheduled time, driving a Rhino Roofers truck and wearing a Rhino Roofers shirt so you’ll know exactly who is coming to your home.

Your consultant will meet with you briefly to answer any initial questions before climbing onto your roof. Once on the roof, they will perform a full 37-point inspection to ensure nothing goes undetected. They will also take several photos to give you a clear, bird’s-eye view of your roof that you can’t get from the ground.

We ask that you reserve about an hour for the complete inspection. After the inspection is finished, your consultant will review their findings with you and walk through all available solutions. They can also help determine the best path forward—whether that’s working with your insurance company or exploring one of our easy monthly payment options.
