Andres Mendoza initially came to inspect possible fire damage from the neighbors house that had caught on fire. For a free inspection. He is very professional, well spoken. He arrived on time and inspected my roof thoroughly. Luckily he did not find any fire damage but he still inspected the whole roof and found some insulation issues. He made a detailed report of photos and issues, also used a drone to take pictures. He gave me a quote and explained the process and multiple routine I can take if I did choice to fix the issues.
