The team from the front office and sales to the project manager and crew were exremly diligent and helpful getting the job done right. There was not a step in this whole project from begining to end that didn't have an explanation or communication as to what needed to happen and why it should be a requirement for a better roof. Thanks to them all for a job well done.

I hired Rhino Roofers to add two vents for bathroom exhaust and a kitchen vent hood exhaust. Jesus and Christian showed up even earlier than promised, and we went over what was being installed. There was a minor correction in type of vent being installed, and they went without hesitation and got what was needed. Very professional and quick, and everything appears to have been installed as promised. From start to finish Christian (initial consultant), Emily (client coordinator), Mariana (production coordination), and Jesus and Christian (production team) treated this little job with the importance and courtesy as though it were a whole roof replacement, so I am very pleased with everything.

We selected rhino Roofers based on their outstanding reputation and the fact that we trust them. A couple of years ago we asked for a roof inspection and the Rhino Roofer guy performed a detailed inspection. When he got down from the roof, he told us the roof had a few more years left in it and we didn't need to buy anything. We expected at least some level of sales pitch, so his honesty impressed us greatly.

Fast forward to the present and the time had come for a new roof. Because they had been honest with us in the past, Rhino was an easy choice.

Rhino takes 25% at scheduling, another 25% at delivery of materials, and only takes the other 50% when the job is done and the homeowner is satisfied. That's a good sign and also gave us confidence.

Rhino is a big, local company, too, which means we have recourse if there are problems. It also means they have the equipment and expertise to do the job right.

And, Rhino Roofers did an amazing job on our roof. They said they could do the job in a day, and I was a little skeptical. Seemed like a big job for one day's work. But, On the morning of the project, I lifted the window shade to see four trucks, three trailers, and at least a dozen guys pulling into the property. It looked like the invasion of Panama!

They covered the sides of the house with netting, including the ground around it, to collect nails and debris. They covered the pool with a tarp. Matthew, our project lead, was professional and communicative. Everything about the experience was professional and quick. The even team left the property cleaner than they found it.

We selected a 50 year, class four roof to replace the junky one a flipper put on our house. It looks fantastic, and we love the security of having a solid roof over our heads and a solid company behind it.

We've seen some people go with lower-budget roofing companies, and they end up with three dudes and a pickup truck spending two weeks, working off and on, nailing cheap shingles onto their houses. The dudes disappear afterwards, and good luck finding them again.

Rhino Roofers is the opposite end of the quality spectrum, with a small army of experienced professionals descending on your house and doing top quality work very fast. Our neighbors were amazed, too!

Rhino did a great job of keeping me updated about the status of the roof replacement. In particular, Emily was very helpful and was always ready to answer all my questions. They got the entire roof replaced within 1 day and cleaned up everything so you would never know that they'd even been out there. They offer also offered several flexible financing options. I would highly recommend this company.

Very thing was going well until some of the roofer started dropping nailers within the ceiling of the house and materials on the roof living room ceiling caved in, call Victor the field manager and he took charge of the damage. He had made some calls and had a carpenter. Come and check everything out and started repairing the ceiling in the living room. Hours later, the roof was done 2 days later the living room was back to normal. Thank you, rhino, roofing, for all your help..... Victor and his crew did an amazing job.

So far, the booking process has been amazing. Tatijana was so knowledgeable and friendly. She came and looked over the home and gave us an outstanding report with photos. Carlee, who called to collect payment was also amazing. She helped me get in touch with Jupiter who came out that day to tarp our roof to prevent further damage from the upcoming rain. Super awesome so far. Can’t wait to schedule fixes and get this completed correctly, as this was the result of poor work from MI Homes builders.

Material and crews showed up at times agreed. Took the old roof off down to the plywood; new underlying barrier, then new heavy duty shingles. Team lead (Matthew) kept us up-to-date on where they were at the whole time and cleared all the trash, and put back all the pots, plants and furniture. We were very happy with the results.

I asked Rhino Roofers to come out and repair some shingles that fell off. A gentleman came out and inspected my roof, provided me with pictures of it, and made recommendations. To my delight, the entire roof was in good shape and only needed the fallen shingles replaced. He advised me to get gutters for the back of the house due to rain causing foundation damage. The gutters were installed in about two hours. The gutter color and installation were seamless. You wouldn’t know they were there. Also, the gutters required no maintenance from me. I got a 10-year warranty on them and a military discount on the entire job. Everyone was professional and efficient, and the cost was affordable. Thank you!!❤️

I am impressed with Rhino’s exceptional customer service from the moment I called and was transferred to Kathleen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and set me up to meet with Kurt the following morning. Kurt texted me about 15 minutes before his appointment that he was on his way and would arrive shortly. The text had a link to actually see where he was and when he arrived! He arrived early and was very professional. After a thorough inspection he showed me a video taken on my roof of some of the issues he found. It was great to see exactly the exact issues he was talking about! Rhino Roofers is simply amazing. Due to a bad roof leak in December 2024 I called Rhino Roofers to inspect. Justin came out the next day, inspected, took photos and gave us an estimate to repair or replace. The following day they were out covering the area that leaked. My husband and I decided to have the roof replaced rather than repair due to our age as we likely would never have to deal with roof problems again. Absolutely everyone with Rhino Roofers were professional and friendly. Kathleen and Rosa guided me thru the process with dates and financing and step by step expectations. One always dreads having a roof replaced, especially during the holidays, but this company went above and beyond to make sure we understood
from beginning to end. Every person I spoke to during and after the roof installation was knowledgeable of our situation. What a great company. It was a great experience for my husband and I.
Nick was here everyday to see that the job was progressing on time etc. He was the last one to leave after all was done. We were please to find only one nail in the yard and all left clean.
