Rhino Roofers has a gem in Kurt! He came by and gave me an estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend this company for their superior roofing expertise.

My parents needed a new roof. Their old roof was at least 20 years old and had developed holes that caused significant water damage, including leaks inside the house and damage to the ceilings. After researching roofing companies online, getting recommendations, and even having another company come out for an estimate, we ultimately chose Rhino. The reason was simple: Kurt, who helped us through the sales process, was incredibly kind and understanding. My father has Stage 4 cancer, and both of my parents need a great deal of support. From the very beginning, I made it clear that this project needed to go smoothly, and Kurt listened. He never tried to oversell us, was honest about the pricing, and clearly explained the entire process. On installation day, Matt, the supervisor, kept me informed every step of the way. He provided updates throughout the day and shared progress photos so we could see the work being completed in real time. Everyone on the roofing crew was professional, courteous, and respectful. Our biggest concern—which we emphasized repeatedly—was making sure the backyard was thoroughly cleaned afterward. My parents have two beagles, and if you know anything about beagles, you know they'll eat just about anything. It was critical that every piece of roofing material and debris be picked up before the job was finished. So far, we haven't found anything concerning left behind. Another reason we chose this company was their monthly payment option. Most companies required payment upfront or split between the beginning and end of the project. With my father's ongoing cancer treatments, monthly payments were the only affordable option for my parents. It gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing that my parents now have a brand-new roof that will keep water out of their home and help keep them safe. Thank you to everyone involved, but especially Kurt and Matt. We truly could not have done this without you.

Kurt did an excellent job inspecting my roof. He was punctual, friendly, and very detailed in his assessment. He showed me what he found and explained my option without any pressure.

With the extremely low bar of work ethic in San Antonio, Andres and his helper were absolutely the gold standard. Take it from an out of state, former 2 buisness owner. These 2 gentlemen not only took there time to thoroughly explain everything way beyond expected, as I kind of pushed it that way, but they made shure I was completely comfortable with all i was seeing. As a former buisness owner I can tell you they will push the bar high in your field and bring repeat customers. It would be a huge mistake to loose theese two as employees. Retain at any cost. As a matter of fact, when my wife and I can afford your return to do the work and we call you to do so we would like if possible to have them involved in some way. They found my leak's and I was truly happy that it was not serious . They gave me good customer service and everything was explained to me. Rhino Roofers were quick to come and patch a roof leak. Once it stopped raining too they came back and did a permanent repair. They are professional, friendly and fair!

Rhino Roofers wasn't able to give me an estimate for repairs for my Cement Title roof, cause they don't deal with those types of roofs, BUT, just wanted to mention that Abbi was extremely helpful and referred me to a company that does. I can't vouch for anything else, but their customer service is very good, keep it up!

Rhino Roofing replaced my leaking roof. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and communication was excellent. My Project Manager, Jasmine was very knowledgeable and communication was excellent. The foreman of the installation crew, Luis, was professional and his crew was very organized. I have a very large house, but my new roof was installed in one day, as promised. I would highly recommend Rhino for your roofing needs.

He was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish. Rhino Roofers did an outstanding job helping us with a roof issue at our home in the La Vernia area for a great price. We had a hole in the roof caused by what was likely a raccoon, and their team came out quickly to take care of it. They replaced the compromised decking/plywood and did an incredible job matching the color and quality of the shingles in the repaired area — you can hardly tell any work was done! Cristian was kind, thorough, and provided excellent service throughout the entire process. The communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were top-notch. Jupiter Hernandez came down to give us an estimate on installation an attic fan. He was great! He gave us an honest assessment of what would be best for our roof.

During our last storm we had leaks after we lost shingles come off the roof. I called Rhino Roofers and they send Andres out to give us a quote on the repairs needed. Andres also tarped our roof so we would no longer have leaks inside the house. Once he completed the patch work. He explained in detail what would be needed to repair our roof. He was very knowledgeable and explained why the needed of repairs to the roof. He was outstanding in his customer services. I highly recommend once again Andres Mendoza and Rhino Roofers!

Andres setup our appointment, he got done at an earlier appointment and asked if could come earlier. He came to the house and introduced himself and told me of the company. Then he asked me my concerns the offered to look around up on the roof. After he came down he showed me video of what he found and then told me there were a couple of small things that needed attention and while he was here he wanted to take care of them; nail pop up and loose shingles. He went right back up and fixed them. He was knowledgeable polite and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Rhino Roofers for any maintenance and repairs. His estimate was better then the previous guy who just looked up and gave me a (high price) from the ground. My roof work will be done by Rhino ! Thank you, Andres !

I was supremely satisfied by the work and timeliness of Rhino Roofers. They arrived promptly when they said, made as little a mess as possible for replacing my entire roof, and cleaned up thoroughly in a single morning. The work supervisor Matthew was involved in every step, inspecting the work and directing his crew. And every time he saw me at my front door with a question he supplied a quick and useful answer. We had a great experience with Rhino Roofers on a leak repair and vent upgrades. Everything was done quickly, from initial outreach to final repairs. Everyone I worked with throughout the process was great, but I have to shout out our consultant, Jupiter Hernandez, specifically for going above and beyond at every stage. He provided our initial consultation and took photos from every angle and of every section of our roof, identified where the leak was coming from, and identified a few other problem areas around plastic vents used by our home builder. He tarped off the leaking section in preparation for more rain before our scheduled repair and came back out and adjusted the tarp in the rain a few days later when we noticed water still getting in. He followed up after the roof repairs and came back out to review and leak test the work and even painted one of the vents we didn’t replace to better match the new ones. We just had another heavy rain after the repairs, and it seems like everything is doing great! The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. Highly recommend Rhino Roofers!

And I called them for an inspection and to make sure roof vents were attached to duct work properly and they checked every single one and added caulking to nail holes that needed them. Rhino Roofers are true professionals! Everything from the initial web request for an estimate to the scheduling to Jimi the roof inspector/estimator arriving at my house on time went extremely well. He was very personable and explained the process, our options and the trade-offs given our specific circumstances in detail to me and my adult son. He certainly knows his business and the company appears to be very well positioned and capable to back up his work plan. I look forward to a beautiful new roof done according my desires. Rhino Roofers are willing to adjust their normal work schedule to accommodate several family needs. And finally, the price for the basic roof replacement with much better shingles matched my insurance estimate. The upgrades I selected were also reasonably priced and will make the home a better value for the long-term.

I had Andres Mendoza out to my property today. He was super thorough. Drone pictures were taken, he caulked my roof in places and screwed down some of my loose metal panels!! Above and beyond. Mendoza communicated with me during the entire process. He kept my concerns for saving money and doing only what needed to be done in mind. Very impressed with having Jonathan come out to inspect our roof and our vents. He was very informative and professional and went over all the pictures that he took explaining as he showed us each picture. So glad we had Rhino Roofers out and would highly recommend them. The whole process of getting my roof replaced was handled very professionally by Juan T. and the larger team at Rhino Roofers. This is no small outfit. They met with the insurance adjuster and had a dedicated project manager that walked me through the whole replacement, including text updates. They have a solar division that took off and replaced the solar panels when the job was completed. The roof was replaced in one day and my house was covered in tarps during the work to protect the finish. The new roof looks better than I expected. I recommend Rhino Roofers to my neighbors.

Rhino Roofers came out to repair a leak damaged area on our roof and install gutters on our house. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We were contacted via phone/text before their professionals arrived to let us know they were on their way. The work was excellent. Their office worked with us to accommodate our HOA bylaws. I would definitely recommend Rhino Roofers to anyone who needs roofing repairs or gutter installations.

**Update** Our roof was completed recently and we are ecstatic with the outcome. The install crew was very quick and efficient, Victor was our project manager and was very professional and answered all questions (we even got a card to one of our neighbors that was blown away with how quick and efficient they were). We also were able to identify a few spots on the roof decking that was leaking and saved us from future costly repairs. I also recommend, if you get a roof, to opt for the attic breeze fan. That thing works great and can feel the difference in our upstairs rooms. Nice color shingles, looks great, and fast install! We’ve only had our initial inspection and quote, but are scheduled to have our roof replaced by Rhino Roofers. Initial impressions: quick to make an appointment, very professional, lots of communication leading up to appointment, showed up on time, our inspector was August and he was very professional and informative during inspection, and they allow you to have real time pictures of the inspection. Overall, super satisfied and honestly looking forward to getting the roof done. Prices are going to be what they are, but a home only has 1 roof, and I want ours to be free of leaks and covered under a warranty. I’ll update the review once the new roof is on, but like I said, looking forward to working with Rhino Roofers.
