My wife and I were under contract for a new home purchase and needed a roof inspection ASAP! Shane Brinkley, the Ops Manager, and his tile expert Zach Jenkins, went above and beyond to help us get this done in a timely manner--in order to make an informed decision all around. Juan T and his team were amazing. I am truly grateful we chose this company. They worked with our insurance, kept in constant communication, made the payment process easy, and took hundreds of pictures plus videos the whole way through the reroofing process that we could view in real time. They finished the entire tear off and reroof in 10 hours, working straight through from 6am to 4pm. Cleaned everything so well you'd never know they were there. What an incredible company the whole way through. I cannot recommend Rhino Roofing enough! Even our next door neighbor is going to use them next after seeing the great job they did for us. I just had my roof replaced by Rhino Roofers this past week. I got an inspection done by my insurance company and they said I needed a full roof replacement due to storm damage and also because my roof was 23 years old. I did a Google search for the best roofing companies in San Antonio and Rhino Roofers came out on top of most of the reviews. I read their 5 Star Google reviews along with other roofers I had heard of in town. They had by far the best reviews, so I gave them a call. I called and spoke to Chris Cantu on Thursday and asked for an appointment on Monday. He said they were booked until the following week but said he would try to have Levi come out sooner. He emailed me later that day and said they had an opening for the upcoming Monday if I wanted it. I said yes and booked the inspection visit with Levi. On Monday, Levi sent me a text saying that he was on his way with his picture and also called me to say the same. Levi spent quite a while inspecting my roof and taking pictures. He then came inside and explained everything that was going to happen with my roof replacement and even had samples of all the materials they would use in the process. I gave him the down payment, and he said the office would call me to schedule my appointment. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and was told that my roof replacement was scheduled for the following Thursday. The crew showed up at 5:45am just like they said they would. They got busy putting up tarps all around my house and even covered my driveway with one, too. I was sent updated pictures of their progress on the install every few minutes throughout the day until they were finished. They cleaned up the entire area and even used magnets to find any rouge nails that might have missed the tarps. They then sent me drone pictures of my completed roof. The entire process was flawless and everyone at Rhino Roofers did a fantastic job. I will be recommending them to all my customers if they are in need of the BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN SAN ANTONIO! Kurt McDermott came out and did a full inspection of the roof. My mom worked as adjuster for USAA for most of her 34 year career so she knows the lingo. She said she liked Kurt because most guys in trades like this are condescending. She says he straight with her and probably picked up right away that she knew what he was talking about. My mom doesn't like anybody, sometimes including me, but she felt Kurt was a good guy. That's a compliment coming from this 79 year old spitfire.
