Jupiter came by to give me a quote on a new metal roof. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products Rhino has to offer. He was also very friendly, upbeat and thorough. I had a leak in my room and he also did a temp fix to hold it over til my project starts.

As a Disabled female veteran, it is very hard to trust every contractor especially when they see you are in need of home improvements. Rhino Roofing has fair pricing and came in at a lower bid than the previous contractor I was going to hire.
Tara is also wonderful to work with! She is always so friendly to communicate with. You can tell how successful this company is by the people they have working for them. Great job Tara! You are the first point of contact with customers and make all the difference. I spoke to you last year May 2025, and that conversation led me to come back again to get a quote when I was ready for my roof project!

Rhino Roofers are true professionals! Everything from the initial web request for an estimate to the scheduling to Jimi the roof inspector/estimator arriving at my house on time went extremely well. He was very personable and explained the process, our options and the trade-offs given our specific circumstances in detail to me and my adult son. He certainly knows his business and the company appears to be very well positioned and capable to back up his work plan. I look forward to a beautiful new roof done according my desires. Rhino Roofers are willing to adjust their normal work schedule to accommodate several family needs. And finally, the price for the basic roof replacement with much better shingles matched my insurance estimate. The upgrades I selected were also reasonably priced and will make the home a better value for the long-term.

The whole process of getting my roof replaced was handled very professionally by Juan T. and the larger team at Rhino Roofers. This is no small outfit. They met with the insurance adjuster and had a dedicated project manager that walked me through the whole replacement, including text updates. They have a solar division that took off and replaced the solar panels when the job was completed. The roof was replaced in one day and my house was covered in tarps during the work to protect the finish. The new roof looks better than I expected. I recommend Rhino Roofers to my neighbors.

Rhino Roofers came out to repair a leak damaged area on our roof and install gutters on our house. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We were contacted via phone/text before their professionals arrived to let us know they were on their way. The work was excellent. Their office worked with us to accommodate our HOA bylaws. I would definitely recommend Rhino Roofers to anyone who needs roofing repairs or gutter installations.

**Update** Our roof was completed recently and we are ecstatic with the outcome. The install crew was very quick and efficient, Victor was our project manager and was very professional and answered all questions (we even got a card to one of our neighbors that was blown away with how quick and efficient they were). We also were able to identify a few spots on the roof decking that was leaking and saved us from future costly repairs. I also recommend, if you get a roof, to opt for the attic breeze fan. That thing works great and can feel the difference in our upstairs rooms. Nice color shingles, looks great, and fast install!

We’ve only had our initial inspection and quote, but are scheduled to have our roof replaced by Rhino Roofers. Initial impressions: quick to make an appointment, very professional, lots of communication leading up to appointment, showed up on time, our inspector was August and he was very professional and informative during inspection, and they allow you to have real time pictures of the inspection. Overall, super satisfied and honestly looking forward to getting the roof done. Prices are going to be what they are, but a home only has 1 roof, and I want ours to be free of leaks and covered under a warranty. I’ll update the review once the new roof is on, but like I said, looking forward to working with Rhino Roofers.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced, and I cannot say enough good things about this team! From the start, Jonathan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, walking me through the quote in detail without any high-pressure tactics.
Once the project began, Victor (Roofing PM) and Wally (Gutter PM) were awesome. They were on-site, ensured the crews worked efficiently, and handled everything with great attention to detail.
A special shout-out to Allison and the ladies in the office, especially Allison who was an absolute gem! She was very professional, sweet and customer service friendly, She communicated with me through the whole process, keeping me updated on scheduling and answering all my questions promptly. My roofing professional was Andres Mendoza. What an awesome and thorough first encounter. Upon meeting he thoroughly explained the process of his consultation, asked if I had any questions or concerns and then got down to business. After the inspection, he sat with me and did a full review of what he had found, complete with video and pictures of areas of concern. Then he illustrated (with props) how the company builds roofs, why they build the way they do and the expressed to me that because of their meticulousness, how they are able to offer very solid warranties. Andres made certain that I had full understanding and no questions at the end of our visit. I was very happy with the visit.

Kurt was very informative and not pushing a sale. He was honest about our roof condition and recommended to not to file a claim, due to the age of the roof. I greatly appreciate his honesty and explanation.

Roof replacement:
Rhino has a real sense of " Let's Get 'er Done!" They helped with insurance coverage also. THAT was tremendously helpful. I fully expected this would all be a bad experience, from hearing about others' experience with various companies.

The folks at Rhino that I intetacted with were very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Because of them it was a good experience.

Allison was my point of Contact: SUPER nice, always ready to help or answer a hundred questions. Raul and Jupiter came out to initiate process. They were great- kind and knowledgeable. Victor came out on the day of the work. He was ready with answers to questions, got everything done fast.

Rhino Roofers did an excellent job. They put my roof on in one day. I've never seen a roofing team work so well together, do a great job, and so quickly. All my neighbors were saying good things about them. The team supervisor sent Luis to finish some work inside. He did a great job. He didn't do part of the ceiling, he went the extra mile and did the whole ceiling. Everyone was professional and polite. I would recommend Rhino Roofers for any roofing work.

I'd highly recommend Rhino Roofers. Their team was quick, professional, and did a excellent job. Had a quote, complete decking, fascia, soffit and shingle replacement, with gutters installed all within basically a 2 week span. My roof looks great and has a 50 year warranty. If I ever needed a roof again, they will be the first people id call.

Rhino roofers did a great job on replacing an old roof and doing repairs where needed. They worked fast and got everything done in 1 day. Also they had great communication with me from the time of the inspection to the day of installation. They were punctual on times when they said materials were going to be dropped off and when they would show up to install. Highly recommended them

I am extremely impressed with Raul’s professionalism and courtesy throughout the inspection of our water damage and roof. He provided a detailed video of his findings, delivered a clear, informative presentation, and gave us both repair and replacement options, giving valuable insight into how to move forward. I had Kurt come out and do a free inspection on the house for a roof leak. He came out the next day after doing an inquire on their website. He did a full video and photo inspection. Spent time talking with me after showing the damage that was done as well as repairs that needed to be made. They were able to get me in the following week and all repairs were made in 1 day, and get a attic fan installes to help out during the summer months. Will definitely be going back with them when my roof expires in the next 10 years!

We were concerned about the roof of our two-story home after the recent storms and high winds. We researched San Antonio roofers and found many with poor reviews, but not Rhino Roofers. They had excellent reviews, so we contacted them and immediately made an appointment.

Their consultant, Mr. Andres Mendoza, arrived on time and was efficient and respectful of our property. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, and even used a drone. His oral inspection report was very thorough and comprehensive, and it included photos. He determined that our roof had no damage and was in good condition for another three to five years. That’s honesty.

He also took the time to explain the roof replacement process, including how they protect the home’s exterior, driveway, and landscaping with their Rhino Wall Protection System, as well as the products they use. We will be using Rhino
Roofers when it is time to replace our roof and highly recommend them.

Andres did great work and provided detailed pictures/instructions. I appreciate his honesty and recommendations but most of all he was not pushy on anything.

Zachary showed up at our home, took measurements then came back with a quote within 24 hrs! We are so grateful for the quick response and professionalism from him and his crew! 5 stars all the way!!

Justin Samaniego and Kathleen Zamora were exceptional from beginning to end. We initially planned on getting three bids for our roof, but Rhino Roofers was our first meeting—and after that initial consultation, we felt completely comfortable selecting them and are so glad we did.

The entire process was amazing. Everything was explained in detail, communication was constant, and follow-ups were consistent and timely. When we ran into challenges getting HOA approval, Justin and Kathleen immediately stepped in to support us and provided all the information needed to help move the approval process forward.
