Had my new metal roof completed 11/25.
I selected this company having had 3 other quotes. A neighbor had used them a couple of yrs ago and he was happy.Chose them for following reasons...
Cost- They easily beat other quotes. Also included potential amount lumber cost, labor gratis

The entire process went well. In-house customer service easy to work with. They followed up on each step. Installation was fast. Roof crew was amazing. Cleanup was very good.

No surprises. I was concerned (they are based 40 miles away ) cost would not be competitive. They were most competitive. I would recommend them.

Very professional. Explained the repairs needed in detail. Rhino Roofers were referred to me and I can now understand why. They know their stuff and they’re reasonable in cost.

We were concerned about the roof of our two-story home after the recent storms and high winds. We researched San Antonio roofers and found many with poor reviews, but not Rhino Roofers. They had excellent reviews, so we contacted them and immediately made an appointment.

Their consultant, Mr. Andres Mendoza, arrived on time and was efficient and respectful of our property. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, and even used a drone. His oral inspection report was very thorough and comprehensive, and it included photos. He determined that our roof had no damage and was in good condition for another three to five years. That’s honesty.

He also took the time to explain the roof replacement process, including how they protect the home’s exterior, driveway, and landscaping with their Rhino Wall Protection System, as well as the products they use. We will be using Rhino
Roofers when it is time to replace our roof and highly recommend them.

Andres did great work and provided detailed pictures/instructions. I appreciate his honesty and recommendations but most of all he was not pushy on anything.

I needed a roofing quote about my roof because I’m trying to sell my home. Andres Mendoza came out and inspection my roof and fully explained everything that needed to be repaired. Very friendly, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend this company

January 19, 2026 Raymond and Christian from Rhino Roofers came and put a new roof on my storage room. They did a awesome job !!!

This is the second time I used them and the customer service was great . I felt like they really cared about me and their work showed it . Kathleen and Mariana also was very helpful and kind in helping me get my need cared for . . Very kind and polite when talking to them on the phone. Very happy that I chose them !!!

Zachary showed up at our home, took measurements then came back with a quote within 24 hrs! We are so grateful for the quick response and professionalism from him and his crew! 5 stars all the way!!

Justin Samaniego and Kathleen Zamora were exceptional from beginning to end. We initially planned on getting three bids for our roof, but Rhino Roofers was our first meeting—and after that initial consultation, we felt completely comfortable selecting them and are so glad we did.

The entire process was amazing. Everything was explained in detail, communication was constant, and follow-ups were consistent and timely. When we ran into challenges getting HOA approval, Justin and Kathleen immediately stepped in to support us and provided all the information needed to help move the approval process forward. They truly went above and beyond.

I contacted Rhino Roofers late yesterday evening about a roof leak and they had someone at my house the next morning. I had the pleasure of meeting Andres who was courteous and professional for the word go. Andres was very throughout and went above and beyond during his visit. He performed an inspection and recorded a video while he was in the roof explaining everything. He even offered to tack down a tarp over the roof leak before we even hired Rhino for the repair. I learned more from Andres about roofing during his visit than I have my whole life. Highly recommended and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Very customer focused! Prompt service. Clear and understandable estimate. Timely scheduling. Clear communication. We always knew what the status was. All contacts were friendly and helpful. We just needed "critter damage" repaired on my mom's house but will call them again for future roofing or gutter work.

Very HONEST company and employees. After over 5 other companies didn’t want to inspect our roof and give us a honest opinion. Jimi came by spoke with us and inspected; as well as informed us that everything was good with the roof. Others said we needed a new roof. Everyone else wanted to put in a claim. Kurt McDermott (roofing consultant) from rhino roofing provided a very thorough description of roof status and presentation. He came well prepared to include samples of shingles, answered all questions and was clear and concise in his pitch. If we select this company it would be due to Kurt’s presentation and being quite personable, a great representative for your company.

There are not companys like this anymore that put customer care and consideration into their meeting with the customer and the professional knowledge that we were given. His knowledge was over the top. We highly reccomend Rhino roofing to anyone that needs a repair or a full roof replacment. This is the company you need to be hiring if you want it done correctly. The pricing was much less than we exspected as well. He went in the attic and on the roof and took pictures and pointed all issues by camera so you can see the details of your issue. Communication from the beginning with Tatijana to the final install the process was easy and quick. The detailed pictures at the time of inspection and then again during install showed in detail what the issues were and how the crew was progressing throughout the day. There was no hiding of information or asking questions to get information, everything was provided in the beginning in detail. Will 100% recommend their services to anyone who asks.
