I had 5 roofers come out and explain their process and Raul from rhino roofers just blew everyone out the water. I really felt like I understood what was going to be put on my house vs the other guys just telling me “it’s gonna be about 20k for a new roof” ask for Raul when you want someone to look at your roof from rhino. Trust me you won’t regret it !

Rhino Roofers were quick to come and patch a roof leak. Once it stopped raining too they came back and did a permanent repair. They are professional, friendly and fair!

David provided an accurate estimate and the repairs were completed in one day. I was provided with photos of the repair and everything looks good. They also did a great job of cleaning up. I could not even tell they had been there. Now I am just waiting for a downpour to verify the repair. Everyone was very kind and professional. But the AI assistant is terrible. Rhino Roofers wasn't able to give me an estimate for repairs for my Cement Title roof, cause they don't deal with those types of roofs, BUT, just wanted to mention that Abbi was extremely helpful and referred me to a company that does. We had a hole in the roof caused by what was likely a raccoon, and their team came out quickly to take care of it. They replaced the compromised decking/plywood and did an incredible job matching the color and quality of the shingles in the repaired area — you can hardly tell any work was done! Jupiter Hernandez came down to give us an estimate on installation an attic fan. He was great! He gave us an honest assessment of what would be best for our roof.

During our last storm we had leaks after we lost shingles come off the roof. I called Rhino Roofers and they send Andres out to give us a quote on the repairs needed. Andres also tarped our roof so we would no longer have leaks inside the house. Once he completed the patch work. He explained in detail what would be needed to repair our roof. He was very knowledgeable and explained why the needed of repairs to the roof. He was outstanding in his customer services. I highly recommend once again Andres Mendoza and Rhino Roofers!

Andres setup our appointment, he got done at an earlier appointment and asked if could come earlier. He came to the house and introduced himself and told me of the company. Then he asked me my concerns the offered to look around up on the roof. After he came down he showed me video of what he found and then told me there were a couple of small things that needed attention and while he was here he wanted to take care of them; nail pop up and loose shingles. He went right back up and fixed them. He was knowledgeable polite and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Rhino Roofers for any maintenance and repairs. We had a great experience with Rhino Roofers on a leak repair and vent upgrades. Everything was done quickly, from initial outreach to final repairs. Everyone I worked with throughout the process was great, but I have to shout out our consultant, Jupiter Hernandez, specifically for going above and beyond at every stage. He provided our initial consultation and took photos from every angle and of every section of our roof, identified where the leak was coming from, and identified a few other problem areas around plastic vents used by our home builder. He tarped off the leaking section in preparation for more rain before our scheduled repair and came back out and adjusted the tarp in the rain a few days later when we noticed water still getting in. He followed up after the roof repairs and came back out to review and leak test the work and even painted one of the vents we didn’t replace to better match the new ones. We just had another heavy rain after the repairs, and it seems like everything is doing great! The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. Highly recommend Rhino Roofers!

He was very personable and explained the process, our options and the trade-offs given our specific circumstances in detail to me and my adult son. I had Andres Mendoza out to my property today. He was super thorough. Drone pictures were taken, he caulked my roof in places and screwed down some of my loose metal panels!! Above and beyond. The whole process of getting my roof replaced was handled very professionally by Juan T. and the larger team at Rhino Roofers. This is no small outfit. They met with the insurance adjuster and had a dedicated project manager that walked me through the whole replacement, including text updates. They have a solar division that took off and replaced the solar panels when the job was completed. The roof was replaced in one day and my house was covered in tarps during the work to protect the finish. The new roof looks better than I expected. I recommend Rhino Roofers to my neighbors.

Rhino Roofers came out to repair a leak damaged area on our roof and install gutters on our house. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We were contacted via phone/text before their professionals arrived to let us know they were on their way. The work was excellent. Their office worked with us to accommodate our HOA bylaws. I would definitely recommend Rhino Roofers to anyone who needs roofing repairs or gutter installations.

**Update** Our roof was completed recently and we are ecstatic with the outcome. The install crew was very quick and efficient, Victor was our project manager and was very professional and answered all questions (we even got a card to one of our neighbors that was blown away with how quick and efficient they were). We also were able to identify a few spots on the roof decking that was leaking and saved us from future costly repairs. I also recommend, if you get a roof, to opt for the attic breeze fan. That thing works great and can feel the difference in our upstairs rooms. Nice color shingles, looks great, and fast install! We’ve only had our initial inspection and quote, but are scheduled to have our roof replaced by Rhino Roofers. Initial impressions: quick to make an appointment, very professional, lots of communication leading up to appointment, showed up on time, our inspector was August and he was very professional and informative during inspection, and they allow you to have real time pictures of the inspection. Overall, super satisfied and honestly looking forward to getting the roof done. Prices are going to be what they are, but a home only has 1 roof, and I want ours to be free of leaks and covered under a warranty. I’ll update the review once the new roof is on, but like I said, looking forward to working with Rhino Roofers.

My roofing professional was Andres Mendoza. What an awesome and thorough first encounter. Upon meeting he thoroughly explained the process of his consultation, asked if I had any questions or concerns and then got down to business. After the inspection, he sat with me and did a full review of what he had found, complete with video and pictures of areas of concern. Then he illustrated (with props) how the company builds roofs, why they build the way they do and the expressed to me that because of their meticulousness, how they are able to offer very solid warranties. Andres made certain that I had full understanding and no questions at the end of our visit. I was very happy with the visit.

I had Kurt come out and do a free inspection on the house for a roof leak. He came out the next day after doing an inquire on their website. He did a full video and photo inspection. Spent time talking with me after showing the damage that was done as well as repairs that needed to be made. They were able to get me in the following week and all repairs were made in 1 day, and get a attic fan installes to help out during the summer months. Will definitely be going back with them when my roof expires in the next 10 years!

We were concerned about the roof of our two-story home after the recent storms and high winds. We researched San Antonio roofers and found many with poor reviews, but not Rhino Roofers. They had excellent reviews, so we contacted them and immediately made an appointment. Their consultant, Mr. Andres Mendoza, arrived on time and was efficient and respectful of our property. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, and even used a drone. His oral inspection report was very thorough and comprehensive, and it included photos. He determined that our roof had no damage and was in good condition for another three to five years. That’s honesty. He also took the time to explain the roof replacement process, including how they protect the home’s exterior, driveway, and landscaping with their Rhino Wall Protection System, as well as the products they use. We will be using Rhino Roofers when it is time to replace our roof and highly recommend them.

I contacted Rhino Roofers late yesterday evening about a roof leak and they had someone at my house the next morning. I had the pleasure of meeting Andres who was courteous and professional for the word go. Andres was very throughout and went above and beyond during his visit. He performed an inspection and recorded a video while he was in the roof explaining everything. He even offered to tack down a tarp over the roof leak before we even hired Rhino for the repair. I learned more from Andres about roofing during his visit than I have my whole life. Highly recommended and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Communication from the beginning with Tatijana to the final install the process was easy and quick. The detailed pictures at the time of inspection and then again during install showed in detail what the issues were and how the crew was progressing throughout the day. Levi was absolutely AMAZING. I called Rhino Roofers after the cold front hit and I found out my heat wasn’t working because a bird got caught in my HVAC. The cap on the pipe sticking out of my roof blew off during a storm and with a 3 month old baby I didn’t want myself or my sleep deprived fiancé up on the roof trying to fix it. Levi came out quick, inspected the entire roof and fixed the pipe cap at an amazing price and gave us peace of mind knowing nothing else would get into my attic and cause issues. They didn’t give me some crazy over inflated estimate to try and repair damage that wasn’t there like some companies do to get money from your insurance. I trust Levi, and If I ever need help with my roof again I will certainly contact the Rhino Roofers team!

I was very impressed with Rhino Roofers when they assessed my roof for replacement last week. Kurt and his assistant Jupiter were EXTREMELY professional and thorough with their presence and their inspection. They both were very friendly and turns out we all had a lot in common so the time spent with them was enjoyable. They did a great job displaying their company's process in their inspection process as well as their presentation at the end showing me all of their findings on my roof as well as what could be done better on the replacement such as higher grade shingles and a attic vent fan instead of traditional attic venting. They went through each step of the replacement process including precautions to the home to keep the job site safe and damage free as well as what products they will be using on my roof and how they all work together to give me the best protection, warranty, and lifetime. A few days ago I posted a not so great review of Rhino Roofing, concerning some tree damage and warranty issues on a roof they installed on my mother's home, shortly after posting that review Rhino Roofing reached out and quickly jumped into helping us find a solution to our problems, Cole who reached out was awesome and was quick to get the issue resolved, and find a solution, and when I say resolved, I mean went above and beyond, the damage has since been repaired, and we couldn't be more thankful for everything they have done in such a short amount of time, i needed to rewrite this review just to say Thank you and would gladly recommend Rhino Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof installed, the quality of work and more than anything they're customer service and the people they have working for them are amazing, we could not be more grateful, and again, my family cant say it enough, thank you Rhino Roofing for all you have done.

Great experience. I had hail damage (softball sized hail) and my insurer paid a settlement. Afterward I called some contractors and choose Rhino. They responded quickly, worked within my scheduling request and did a great job. I had 5 layers of old roofing in some places, some rotten decking, and a membrane roof over an add-on room that had been leaking. They took care of it all and worked with my insurer for some additional coverage. I still had some out of pocket expenses in the end but I feel the amount was reasonable. We have since had a spectacular and howling wet storm and nothing leaked. There was one hiccup and that was a misunderstanding about the roof of an ADU in the back yard. It wasn't included in the first visit as I had expected, and I put my question to Rhino. They did a review and saw that the insurer had indeed included the ADU. I had some additional out of pocket for that job, too, and Rhino let me know up front exactly what my part would be. The work was scheduled, done, and they even included adding a much needed turbin vent that I had previously bought. I couldn't be more pleased with the Rhino team. They work hard to keep you informed at every step, work closely with your insurer to get you optimum settlement funds (even after you thought it was settled), and follow up to make sure nothing was missed and you are happy with the results. l have even had a compliment from a neighbor on how nice the new roof looks!

Other than having to spend thousands of dollar's on a new roof, this was a great experience from start to finish. How my new roof would be installed was explained in detail & Rhino Roofers take the extra steps to ensure my new roof lasts as long as possible. Next, the way the roofing crew took the extra time to lay down tarps as well as cover the exterior sides of my house before starting the job ensured that my house was protected & zero trash was left behind when the job was completed. The roofing crew was fast, professional, & the project manager was always available during the installation to answer any questions I had. Once the job was completed, I was given a final detailed explanation of the work that was performed & all of my remaining questions were answered. Lastly, I would like to say that the entire roofing process was well organized & coordinated. I was given continual status updates on where I was in the process from beginning to end. The scheduling & billing departments were all prompt, courteous, & extremely professional. I highly recommend Rhino Roofers & while I hope I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, I would definitely use them again when the time comes for my next new roof.

Kirkland was prompt, respectful and honest. He advised that my roof was in great shape and did not need any attention for another several years. He did find something that needed to be nailed down because the current nails were rusty and he did so at no charge. Our experience with Rhino was amazing! From the initial inspection to completion and clean up, the Rhino team kept us informed on every step being completed and were happy to answer any questions we had along the way. They showed up on time and began work immediately. They started at 6:30a and were done at 3:30p with no hindrance of our daily lives. I highly recommend Rhino for your next roofing project, they were on the higher end of the three estimates we got, but not by too much. We had their top tier shingles (Duration Storm) installed along with 3 new ridge vents installed to correct the inadequate ventilation provided by the home builder. It was worth the little extra money for the customer service and professional work provided. “Buy once, cry once” we have complete peace of mind with our new roof because of their manufacture/installation warranties. Don’t trust one of the most important parts of your home to anyone else! Levi, the technician exceeded my expectations. Very thorough job went up on the roof. Went in the attic. Inspected all facets involved in the roof made recommendations. Gave me a fair price. I’ve had other competitors out here. No comparison Levi knocked it out of the park.

I had Rhino Roofers come out to get an estimate for a leak that was coming through my roof. After getting a $3,600 quote from a different roofing company, Andres from Rhino put together a video and suggested a DIY fix that will stop the leak without having to do thousands of dollars in repairs. Not only that, while he was inspecting my roof he took the liberty of fixing some counter flashing and applied caulk where there were gaps. Nothing but a positive experience!

Typically, when you are working with roofers What did you eat last night? you are going through insurance, and the price is just the price. During our project, there were a lot of things that my insurance decided to not cover, and rhino worked with me to find the best solution at a price we could afford. Once the project started, there were many unforeseen challenges, which is common in most construction projects. I never felt that we were getting taken advantage of, or that The changes were unreasonable. Before the project even started, Justin walked me through where all the changes could come, how much they could cost, and worked with me through the difference scenarios if they came up. Once the project started, Nick and his guys were fast, thorough, and extremely proficient in their trade. I Cannot express how much I appreciate working with them. Easily the best contractor I’ve ever worked with, and I would work with them 11 out of 10 times.

Andres Mendoza initially came to inspect possible fire damage from the neighbors house that had caught on fire. For a free inspection. He is very professional, well spoken. He arrived on time and inspected my roof thoroughly. Luckily he did not find any fire damage but he still inspected the whole roof and found some insulation issues. He made a detailed report of photos and issues, also used a drone to take pictures. He gave me a quote and explained the process and multiple routine I can take if I did choice to fix the issues. I would highly recommend him just on the first interaction.

Setup an appointment for an estimate over the phone for a water leak in our ceiling and they were very quick to respond and follow up. The communication was great. I spoke with Andres Mendoza who was very attentive and was thorough in his inspection of a water leak we were experiencing in our Master Bath. He took photos, went into the attic, and up into on our 2nd story roof. He is very knowledgeable and provided suggestions and recommendations to help fix the issue. Since we have solar panels he provided insight on typical issues encountered in the field. We appreciated his honesty and the reasonable pricing to resolve the issue. I recommend Rhino Roofers 10/10 as the company is fortright and very efficient in their work. Not to mention, Andres took photos of his findings and even provided a short video of the roof. High Quality work right there! We are hoping to get the job started soon and will update the review once completed. Rhino Roofers came out again to look at our roof because there appeared to be some damage. Justin was prompt and arrived on time. He inspected the roof and mentioned the damage was so small there would be no charge, and it would be fixed the same day. Very professional and courteous. I am a repeat customer and will continue using Rhino Roofers. *Original Post* Rhino Roofers came out to look at the damage to our roof. They came out and inspected the entire roof to see if there was any additional damage, but they found none. They provided a reasonable quote and timeline. Michael Torres was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to go with them, but I did and I am happy with their service. I will use them for my future roofing needs and will let my friends and family know about them for theirs.

Victor was the last one to leave after his walk through inspection of the work and that nothing hazardous was left behind. Victor provided care for the roof after the first several rains there would be some loose shingle rock would wash off. If it continues afterwards to contact him on the matter, 5-6 yrs to reseal around pipes to ensure continued care of the roof and caulk around chimney as well. The overall process was great from the initial evaluation and inspection of our existing roof to the final completion of the new roof. All representatives were professional, courteous, and always on time. Questions and concerns were timely answered and addressed, and they also assisted with obtaining funding for our project. A crew of about 18 arrived on the scheduled date and time and completed the new roof installation in about three hours. They were efficient and cleared away all debris, including cleaning up any debris that accidentally landed in our neighbors yards due to the proximity of our houses to one another. My experience with Rhino Roofers was outstanding. I completed the online request for a quote. I received a call from Carlee the same day. Due to a cancellation Carlee scheduled an inspection for me within 24 hours. As expected, Kirkland showed up on time. Kirkland was a rock star! Took 45 minutes to inspect the roof. Showed me photos and videos of the status of my roof. Explained EVERYTHING in a patient and easy to understand manner. Kirkland, a Veteran (Thank you Kirkland!) is an asset to Rhino. Rhino Roofers was outstanding from start to finish with the process of replacing my roof! Full story: Buying or replacing a roof is an expensive and long-term investment, which should be accomplished with the utmost diligence and research. Following storm damage to my home’s aging roof, I began the process of replacing my roof by assessing reviews and credentials of the numerous roofing specialists who left brochures at my home. While Rhino Roofers was not one of the contractors who canvassed our neighborhood, I was somewhat familiar with them based on their billboards and other advertising. After being very impressed by their Google ratings, I decided to have them do a free roof assessment. The combination of their roof assessment, initial presentation and favorable ratings led to me selecting Rhino Roofers to replace my roof. First step of the process was an assessment, which included both photos and drone footage of my roof, as well as an explanation of the nature and extent of the damage, as well as what work would need to be accomplished. Following this assessment, my consultant, Levi S., explained my roof options in detail, and patiently worked with me to select the option that would work best for me from a longevity, performance and aesthetics standpoint. Meanwhile, Levi and his team created a comprehensive proposal and estimate, then met with my insurance company adjuster to assess the roof and process the claim. Levi even placed a temporary tarp over an area of my roof with missing shingles, thereby giving temporary protection while the claim was being processed. After helping obtain approval for full roof replacement, Rhino Roofers coordinated timing for the project. Matthew B. and his crew did the roof removal, replacement and clean-up in one day, and provided drone photos of the project while it was on-going. My new roof is absolutely beautiful and nicely complements the color of my home’s brickwork and trim. My property was also left very clean following the install. Last, there was a slight issue with the last step of settling the claim with my insurer, and Chris G. and Rosa T. from Rhino Roofers’ accounting department patiently worked with me and my insurer to ensure everything was properly itemized and invoiced. I reached out to Rhino Roofers after realizing that the original builders had not installed my roof correctly. From the first phone call, their call center team was incredibly helpful and empathetic, promptly scheduling a free inspection. The assessment process was seamless and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they identified and addressed the issue. Alongside the roof repair, I decided to move forward with gutter installation. Rhino Roofers coordinated two separate install dates, keeping the process organized and on track. After the work was completed, the crew encouraged me to call if any issues came up—which, unfortunately, they did. A minor oversight caused water to flow outside the gutter system. It wasn’t entirely in Rhino Roofers’ control, but once the issue was spotted, I initially had difficulty reconnecting with their team. I worked through their escalation process, and eventually, the owner reached out to me directly. He explained they were experiencing some technology issues that affected communication and sincerely apologized. That gesture meant a lot. Mistakes happen, but when leadership steps up and takes accountability, it shows the company’s true commitment to its customers. In the end, the gutters look fantastic, the leak was fixed, and I’m happy with the overall quality of the installation. While there’s still room for improvement in their follow-up process, I’m confident they’re working on it—and I believe they’re headed in the right direction. I called Rhino Roofers out after several storms. I found a white piece of fiberglass siding shattered on my back porch. The only area I have white fiberglass is on my chimney. They booked an appointment for me and came out today to check on my roof and chimney. They took pictures that showed clearly all areas of the roof and the complete chimney. 5 Star all the way around! We had a hole in our roof when the previous occupants tried to tear off a satellite dish. I looked on the internet and the number 1 roofing company in San Antonio (also in Austin) is Rhino Roofers (by voters) and we know now the reasons. I called and was able to get an appointment from a cancellation but they are busy so it would have been next week at the earliest. I called Rhino Roofers and Carlee gave the short lesson on roofing companies and what to look for. On the day of the inspection, Tatijana drove up in a bad to the bone truck. She jumped out and was the friendliest, laid back female roofer I ever met. Okay, the only female roofer I've ever met and as the Mom of 3 daughters she embodied everything I hope for them. She was professional, kind, patient, willing to explain everything and did a thorough inspection of the roof. The best part-it was not thousands of dollars to fix!! The price was way below what we thought they would charge. Tatijana took her time, sent a ton of photos to me and gave her best recommendations. She gave us a detailed quote and we could take our time to decide the way forward. But, we wanted it fixed before the next round of storms and this was company we wanted to fix it! They are booked up for a few weeks but she gave us a nice, temporary fix to keep the water out. After shopping several roofing companies for a repair, I went with Rhino Roofers to complete the work. I was impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. I had an experience with Rhino Roofers re-roofing my house after hail damage. I contacted our roofers and they sent out a young man by the name of Kirkland is his first name. I don’t remember his last name. He seemed very knowledgeable and he went up and looked at my roof and everything come back down discussed everything and talk to me about it told me how much it would cost and how it would work with the insurance company. I took a couple days to think about it, and finally decided to go with them one because of the warranty that they had and the quality of the shingles that they were using for the project. it was very smooth and seamless situation for me with them. They contacted the insurance company and went over everything that the insurance company had already done filed a supplement on some costs and the day of the roof to be replaced. They showed up early in the morning around 7 AM andstart in. They put netting and typing up on the house to protect the side of the house and my plants in the flowerbeds around the house. They moved items out of the way and so that they wouldn’t get damaged that they could move. They started in and tore off the old roof they were tearing it off. They were picking up people picking up the liberty and put it into a dumpster truck, which was really good. They didn’t wait until everything was done. They were doing it as they went. They started re-roofing and had the whole job completed by 5 o’clock in the evening and they were able to show me as progress began. They use the drone to survey everything as it was going along and at the end after everything was completed they also installed 245 walked solar vents for my roof, which should keep the Attic cooler in the summer for me and any other time. I would highly recommend Rhino Roofers if you’re planning to have your roof redone. I had more problems with the insurance company that I did. The roofing company and my insurance company was USAA again Rhino Roofers we’re very professional and quick to get the job done. They didn’t cut any corners that I could see, and I was watching them as a former builder from the Midwest. Thanks again, Rhino Roofers.

My original roof was shingle for over 30 years. Jordan, Levi and Josh were absolutely amazing! The crew came out and knocked out tearing apart the old roof, making minor repairs, and installing my new aged-bronze METAL roof in less than a week! There was a gang of 8 on installation day. Rhino got it knocked out in less than 3 days! The crew was friendly, spoke English (LOL) and did a good job of cleaning up. 40 year product warranty that is transferable with a lifetime warranty by Rhino. Recently had to call Rhino Roofers for a roof repair on a ridge cap. The company had told me their warranty was reliable but with the recent hail storms in San Antonio, I honestly was skeptical. I was so wrong! The company stood firmly behind their warranty and fixed my problem the next morning after my call and before the San Antonio rains started. Rhino Roofers are the best! I thought I might have had some shingles missing with the recent high winds and several of my neighbors having damaged roofs. Jimi was very professional and provided a thorough free inspection of my roofing and thankfully there was no damage. I'm very thankful for this especially considering I had another roof repair company inspect my roof the previous week and they told me I was missing a shingle and wanted to charge me $350 to replace one shingle.

I hired Rhino Roofers to add two vents for bathroom exhaust and a kitchen vent hood exhaust. Jesus and Christian showed up even earlier than promised, and we went over what was being installed. There was a minor correction in type of vent being installed, and they went without hesitation and got what was needed. Very professional and quick, and everything appears to have been installed as promised. From start to finish Christian (initial consultant), Emily (client coordinator), Mariana (production coordination), and Jesus and Christian (production team) treated this little job with the importance and courtesy as though it were a whole roof replacement, so I am very pleased with everything.

We love our new roof! We selected rhino Roofers based on their outstanding reputation and the fact that we trust them. A couple of years ago we asked for a roof inspection and the Rhino Roofer guy performed a detailed inspection. When he got down from the roof, he told us the roof had a few more years left in it and we didn't need to buy anything. We expected at least some level of sales pitch, so his honesty impressed us greatly. Fast forward to the present and the time had come for a new roof. Because they had been honest with us in the past, Rhino was an easy choice. Rhino takes 25% at scheduling, another 25% at delivery of materials, and only takes the other 50% when the job is done and the homeowner is satisfied. That's a good sign and also gave us confidence. Rhino is a big, local company, too, which means we have recourse if there are problems. It also means they have the equipment and expertise to do the job right. And, Rhino Roofers did an amazing job on our roof. They said they could do the job in a day, and I was a little skeptical. Seemed like a big job for one day's work. But, On the morning of the project, I lifted the window shade to see four trucks, three trailers, and at least a dozen guys pulling into the property. It looked like the invasion of Panama! They covered the sides of the house with netting, including the ground around it, to collect nails and debris. They covered the pool with a tarp. Matthew, our project lead, was professional and communicative. Everything about the experience was professional and quick. The even team left the property cleaner than they found it. We selected a 50 year, class four roof to replace the junky one a flipper put on our house. It looks fantastic, and we love the security of having a solid roof over our heads and a solid company behind it. We've seen some people go with lower-budget roofing companies, and they end up with three dudes and a pickup truck spending two weeks, working off and on, nailing cheap shingles onto their houses. The dudes disappear afterwards, and good luck finding them again. Rhino Roofers is the opposite end of the quality spectrum, with a small army of experienced professionals descending on your house and doing top quality work very fast. Our neighbors were amazed, too! If you need a new roof and you want the best quality and best experience possible, you should strongly consider Rhino Roofers.

Very thing was going well until some of the roofer started dropping nailers within the ceiling of the house and materials on the roof living room ceiling caved in, call Victor the field manager and he took charge of the damage. He had made some calls and had a carpenter. Come and check everything out and started repairing the ceiling in the living room. Material and crews showed up at times agreed. Took the old roof off down to the plywood; new underlying barrier, then new heavy duty shingles. I asked Rhino Roofers to come out and repair some shingles that fell off. A gentleman came out and inspected my roof, provided me with pictures of it, and made recommendations. To my delight, the entire roof was in good shape and only needed the fallen shingles replaced. He advised me to get gutters for the back of the house due to rain causing foundation damage. The gutters were installed in about two hours. The gutter color and installation were seamless. You wouldn’t know they were there. Also, the gutters required no maintenance from me. I got a 10-year warranty on them and a military discount on the entire job. Everyone was professional and efficient, and the cost was affordable. Thank you!!❤️

Had an inspection from Rhino and 3 other companies. All companies did a good job but Levi from Rhino was the best and did the most complete inspection, was in our attic and on our roof for 30-45 minutes and was the only company to find the area in the attic that I was concerned about. He recommended a repair, but as I was intending to install solar he gave me 3 very competitive bids on both asphalt and medal roofing. As we have a deck that is a continuation of our roof at a different pitch than our house, he had to work with us and others at Rhino to come up with a solution that worked structurally and that we liked. Great job. Levi and Chris then met with me and my wife at Rhino's office at my request before Rhino's office normally opens we discussed options and signed a contract. The install started on the day it was scheduled and was done in 2 days. Love the work they did on my roof. I totally recommend Rhino roofing.

We had an inspection and instead of coming down telling us we needed a whole new roof, they told us that everything was “A” ok up there! Overall I had a great experience with Rhino Roofers. When the first came out, Levi took the time to explain the entire process from project start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about Rhino's process as well as the insurance side of things. When insurance sent someone out, Levi was also there to make sure the adjuster knew what they were looking at. It was very reassuring. On project day, the Team was out before the sun and got everything completed within the day. The roof looks great too! The only feedback I can offer is that one of the selling points was that they would prevent nails and scrap from falling in the yard with a large tarp they put up. I have pets and am outside a lot and was told they would make sure there was no debris left so no one gets hurt. There was in fact lots of nails lying around and I picked up probably a few dozen. Luckily my dogs were not harmed.

Rhino Roofers is a company you would hope all service companies would be like. They were always on time, they kept you continuously in the loop of the progress of the work they were doing, they were efficient, and their staff was always available to assist with any issues or questions. Called Rhino Roofers when we discovered that the dryer vent installed in the home we bought wasn't really a dryer vent which caused all the lint and venting from the dryer to build up and clog. Rhino Roofers came out, did a detailed inspection and provided a quote on all the needed repairs to the roof, as well as installing an actual dryer vent. They came out the next week, replaced the vent, repaired the roofing and did a fantastic job. Every interaction with everyone at Rhino Roofers was professional and well, just plain great. They explained my options, the quote, timeline process and warranty. They were also quick and left the yard clean free from debris. This week I thought I had a porch leak related to the roof so I called them. They were quick to respond and send Matt V over to inspect the area. Turned out it had nothing to do with the roof but more related to my siding. Matt V provided me with solutions and went out of his way to help me fix the problem. It’s hard to find trustworthy businesses that not only provide excellent service but also have kind, professional and genuine employees.

Update 6/22/24 Rhino Roofers sent Nick over to do a sweep of the yard. I truly appreciate their ownership of the situation, by making sure the customer is satisfied. This job was the second time I have used them, and have the gutters being done this coming week. They are professionals in the roofing business. I will and have recommended then to others in our neighborhood, and at work. Matt V. was the project lead. Our replacement was delayed by a day, and rescheduled for the next day. Everyone showed up on time, and roof was completed in about 5 hours. Looks like Rhino sub-contracted the job. Matt left an another person was in charge wearing a different name roofer hat. The clean up looked good at first, but later found lots of nails. Pictures attached. I had my car in the street so they had room to get theirs to the house. I only moved it back to the driveway when they finished. The next morning flat tire. So I am not sure if those workers actually used any kind of magnetic to sweep yard or street. We had a neighbor help and we found over 100 nails, and will keep looking. BE SURE TO HAVE THEM GO OVER WITH A MAGNETIC AS YOU WATCH IT BEING DONE.

Didn’t need a new roof at this time but this knowledgeable person gave us estimates on new gutters showed us the options they offer, and the colors which there is a great variety of, and also informed us of an item that we weren’t even looking for which is called an attic breeze, which goes in your attic, it’s a fan to lower the temperatures in your attic And guess what? It’s also a federal tax credit so that was a great incentive. Something we hadn’t even thought about but that sounded really really good. I live in a fairly new sub-division and my home was built in 2017. Approximately six months after I moved in, my area experienced "high winds." While I don't know how high the "wind gusts" were, I don't believe that they exceeded 40 mph. I contacted the construction supervisor and was told that my situation was "normal wear and tear" or something to that effect. After I objected, that supervisor sent someone out to fix the loose shingles. Now less than five years after purchasing my home, I've been informed that my roof was improperly installed. After talking with several neighbors who have been told something similar, I drove around and "checked out" the roofs in our sub-division. I was shocked and dismayed to see the obviously shoddy work that was done on our roofs. David has been working diligently with me and some of my neighbors to remedy this situation. We have been with Rhino Roofers for about a year now. We first meet with Cole who was very thorough and detailed with his examination of our roof after a storm. With the storms that hit San Antonio this week we called Rhino Roofers again to have them inspect for damage. Christian came out to meet us and examined the roof. Christian was very friendly, professional and wow he really knew a lot about roofs. I am not a roofer but he explained everything to me in real life terms and it felt like a very free flowing conversation with an old friend. The work was meticulously done; the yard in the surrounding areas were inspected thoroughly and cleaned. Had Rhino roofers out at the house today to view damage from a wind storm. They sent Mike Torres who was very knowledgeable about the roofing process. He explained items to me I had not heard of before and am now considering. He was straight to the point and was able to answer all my questions which wasn’t much cause he explained everything. My roof was not a normal roof and needed Something different, something special and they handled it easily. On one day the material came, two days later, the roof was stared. They brought a big crew And they finished in one day. They left the job site exactly as they found it clean and without any debris. These guy's definitely are masters in their field. Im One hundred percent satisfied with their work. I also had my sister work with them.

I’m so grateful to Rhino Roofing. They came out for a free consult b/c I saw a potential watermark and had an unusual smell that I thought could be mold. Inspector Kirkland went above and beyond. While he assessed no damage to my roof, he inspected my attic to see if he could identify the source of the smell. He did his best to try to find the culprit but could not locate it. But I did appreciate his willingness to try! I will recommend Rhino roofing to all my friends & family. Also, I will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs. Additionally, it was very easy to set up an appt. and they came out right away. On the day of the appt., I received updates that kept me informed about ETA and who was assigned to come out.
