Andres Mendoza was a true pro. He found nail that was causing the leak and rot damage right away during his inspection. He even sealed it up to prevent further damage just before it started raining. He we so kind and engaging with the kids during the drone photos. The kids are calling him the roof hero. Thanks for amazing customer experience, Andres! Rhino is lucky to have you thier team. Rhino roofers did a great job on replacing an old roof and doing repairs where needed. They worked fast and got everything done in 1 day. Also they had great communication with me from the time of the inspection to the day of installation. They were punctual on times when they said materials were going to be dropped off and when they would show up to install. Highly recommended them

I had Kurt come out and do a free inspection on the house for a roof leak. He came out the next day after doing an inquire on their website. He did a full video and photo inspection. Spent time talking with me after showing the damage that was done as well as repairs that needed to be made. They were able to get me in the following week and all repairs were made in 1 day, and get a attic fan installes to help out during the summer months. Will definitely be going back with them when my roof expires in the next 10 years!

We were concerned about the roof of our two-story home after the recent storms and high winds. We researched San Antonio roofers and found many with poor reviews, but not Rhino Roofers. They had excellent reviews, so we contacted them and immediately made an appointment.

Their consultant, Mr. Andres Mendoza, arrived on time and was efficient and respectful of our property. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, and even used a drone. His oral inspection report was very thorough and comprehensive, and it included photos. He determined that our roof had no damage and was in good condition for another three to five years. That’s honesty.

He also took the time to explain the roof replacement process, including how they protect the home’s exterior, driveway, and landscaping with their Rhino Wall Protection System, as well as the products they use. We will be using Rhino
Roofers when it is time to replace our roof and highly recommend them.

January 19, 2026 Raymond and Christian from Rhino Roofers came and put a new roof on my storage room. They did a awesome job !!!

This is the second time I used them and the customer service was great . I felt like they really cared about me and their work showed it . Justin Samaniego and Kathleen Zamora were exceptional from beginning to end. We initially planned on getting three bids for our roof, but Rhino Roofers was our first meeting—and after that initial consultation, we felt completely comfortable selecting them and are so glad we did.

The entire process was amazing. Everything was explained in detail, communication was constant, and follow-ups were consistent and timely. When we ran into challenges getting HOA approval, Justin and Kathleen immediately stepped in to support us and provided all the information needed to help move the approval process forward. They truly went above and beyond.

I contacted Rhino Roofers late yesterday evening about a roof leak and they had someone at my house the next morning. I had the pleasure of meeting Andres who was courteous and professional for the word go. Andres was very throughout and went above and beyond during his visit. He performed an inspection and recorded a video while he was in the roof explaining everything. He even offered to tack down a tarp over the roof leak before we even hired Rhino for the repair. I learned more from Andres about roofing during his visit than I have my whole life. Highly recommended and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I found Rhino Roofers through one of the home and garden shows at the Alamodome. It’s always scary to select someone to work on your house. But I hit the jackpot with Rhino Roofers. And the gentleman I met at the home show, Levi, was the same one that came out to my house to help me through the process.They helped me navigate every step, including working with my insurance, and left me with a gorgeous roof that I am so happy with. Very HONEST company and employees. After over 5 other companies didn’t want to inspect our roof and give us a honest opinion. Jimi came by spoke with us and inspected; as well as informed us that everything was good with the roof. Others said we needed a new roof. Everyone else wanted to put in a claim. We are older veterans and we are glad that they were so honest and professional.

Kurt McDermott (roofing consultant) from rhino roofing provided a very thorough description of roof status and presentation. He came well prepared to include samples of shingles, answered all questions and was clear and concise in his pitch. If we select this company it would be due to Kurt’s presentation and being quite personable, a great representative for your company.

There are not companys like this anymore that put customer care and consideration into their meeting with the customer and the professional knowledge that we were given. His knowledge was over the top. We highly reccomend Rhino roofing to anyone that needs a repair or a full roof replacment. This is the company you need to be hiring if you want it done correctly. The pricing was much less than we exspected as well. He went in the attic and on the roof and took pictures and pointed all issues by camera so you can see the details of your issue.
