Relocating back to San Antonio after replacing a roof after a tornado hit us in Arkansas we were immediately affected by a hail storm. Rhino Roofers was an excellent choice making another roof replacement less stressful and worry free knowing their recommendations and expertise would satisfy our needs. They made it possible to upgrade the shingles used to replace the previous materials making it more comfortable for our budget. We felt they took the extra effort to give us peace of mind with the job they performed by keeping us informed on the teams arrival to our home, concerns they encountered removing the previous roof and took the effort to keep the site clean and safe for us to get in and out of home as they worked. They even took the time to stop working to assist my wife who is handicapped to go where she needed to go safely. The entire Rhino Roofers team were great to work with from the quote, office, finance department, project manager, installation crew and gutter replacement team were outstanding and professional the entire time. Thanks again Rhino Roofers and I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs and replacement needs.

My original roof was shingle for over 30 years. Jordan, Levi and Josh were absolutely amazing! The crew came out and knocked out tearing apart the old roof, making minor repairs, and installing my new aged-bronze METAL roof in less than a week! There was a gang of 8 on installation day. Rhino got it knocked out in less than 3 days! The crew was friendly, spoke English (LOL) and did a good job of cleaning up. 40 year product warranty that is transferable with a lifetime warranty by Rhino. Amazing new look that we will enjoy and pass along to our children in the years to come!

Recently had to call Rhino Roofers for a roof repair on a ridge cap. The company had told me their warranty was reliable but with the recent hail storms in San Antonio, I honestly was skeptical. I was so wrong! The company stood firmly behind their warranty and fixed my problem the next morning after my call and before the San Antonio rains started. Rhino Roofers are the best! I highly recommend them to everyone! Shout out to Emily for helping me get started with the repair and Victor and his crew for completing it. 5 stars!

I thought I might have had some shingles missing with the recent high winds and several of my neighbors having damaged roofs. Jimi was very professional and provided a thorough free inspection of my roofing and thankfully there was no damage. I'm very thankful for this especially considering I had another roof repair company inspect my roof the previous week and they told me I was missing a shingle and wanted to charge me $350 to replace one shingle.

I can’t express how pleased I am with Rhino Roofers. From the beginning with Kurt, Chris, the site manager, and the ladies from billing department everything was so smooth! They worked hard and helped me during the entire process. On the day of the job, everything went by fast! The workers were kind, considerate and efficient. He climbed onto our roof, documented his findings, and provided video evidence of what he observed and recommended for repair. We called Rhino Roofers to come give us an estimate for a new metal roof. They called us back the same day and set up an appointment. Kirk the salesman was totally awesome and answered call our questions.

When Rhino Roofers come out to put a new metal roof on the house, it turns out that my husband, who usually handles these things, had t be out of town when they came to put the roof on.
I cannot say enough good things about the crew and the project manager, Matt. He went above and beyond to help me in anything and everything that needed to be handled. I would definitely recommend Rhino Roofers.

Job was completed in a timely manner and the crew ensured no debris was left from the tear-off. Our new roof looks great. I was updated on every step of the process. They kept us informed, answered all our questions, took the time to educate us on different aspects of our existing roof and different options moving forward. Financing was easy too. I hired Rhino Roofers to add two vents for bathroom exhaust and a kitchen vent hood exhaust. Jesus and Christian showed up even earlier than promised, and we went over what was being installed. There was a minor correction in type of vent being installed, and they went without hesitation and got what was needed. Very professional and quick, and everything appears to have been installed as promised. From start to finish Christian (initial consultant), Emily (client coordinator), Mariana (production coordination), and Jesus and Christian (production team) treated this little job with the importance and courtesy as though it were a whole roof replacement, so I am very pleased with everything.
