I asked Rhino Roofers to come out and repair some shingles that fell off. A gentleman came out and inspected my roof, provided me with pictures of it, and made recommendations. To my delight, the entire roof was in good shape and only needed the fallen shingles replaced. He advised me to get gutters for the back of the house due to rain causing foundation damage. The gutters were installed in about two hours. The gutter color and installation were seamless. You wouldn’t know they were there. Also, the gutters required no maintenance from me. I got a 10-year warranty on them and a military discount on the entire job. Everyone was professional and efficient, and the cost was affordable. Thank you!!❤️

When I initially contacted Rhino Roofers through a friend's referral, Carlee Chiodo reached out to kickstart the process with a roof inspection. Tatijana, the roof inspector, was incredibly helpful in identifying various damages and collaborating with the adjuster to ensure a smooth insurance claim process. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. My roof was replaced with Class 4 materials and came with a 50-year warranty. It was absolutely worth it! A big thank you to Carlee and Tatijana for their dedication and hard work in completing everything on time.

I am impressed with Rhino’s exceptional customer service from the moment I called and was transferred to Kathleen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and set me up to meet with Kurt the following morning. Kurt texted me about 15 minutes before his appointment that he was on his way and would arrive shortly. The text had a link to actually see where he was and when he arrived! He arrived early and was very professional. After a thorough inspection he showed me a video taken on my roof of some of the issues he found. It was great to see exactly the exact issues he was talking about! Kurt explained to me the particular quality products they use. He answered all my questions and I knew I had found the right company to deal with! Kathleen followed up with me later that day and sent me some additional info I requested. After a simple and pleasant process I signed up for the roof replacement I needed. Mike was very professional and thorough in his inspection of my roof. He quickly identified the area of concern and went to great lengths to take detailed pictures of the area after which he fully explained the problem and discussed the plan to fix the leak I was experiencing. Rhino Roofers is simply amazing. Due to a bad roof leak in December 2024 I called Rhino Roofers to inspect. Justin came out the next day, inspected, took photos and gave us an estimate to repair or replace. The following day they were out covering the area that leaked. My husband and I decided to have the roof replaced rather than repair due to our age as we likely would never have to deal with roof problems again. Absolutely everyone with Rhino Roofers were professional and friendly. Kathleen and Rosa guided me thru the process with dates and financing and step by step expectations. One always dreads having a roof replaced, especially during the holidays, but this company went above and beyond to make sure we understoodfrom beginning to end. Every person I spoke to during and after the roof installation was knowledgeable of our situation. What a great company. It was a great experience for my husband and I.Nick was here everyday to see that the job was progressing on time etc. He was the last one to leave after all was done. I had ann excellent experience with Rhino Roofers/Tatijana! They were thorough in evaluating my roof and took the time to clearly explain the process, materials, and options available. The quote they provided was detailed and easy to understand, which made the entire experience stress-free. Their professionalism and transparency were top-notch.

Had an inspection from Rhino and 3 other companies. All companies did a good job but Levi from Rhino was the best and did the most complete inspection, was in our attic and on our roof for 30-45 minutes and was the only company to find the area in the attic that I was concerned about. He recommended a repair, but as I was intending to install solar he gave me 3 very competitive bids on both asphalt and medal roofing. As we have a deck that is a continuation of our roof at a different pitch than our house, he had to work with us and others at Rhino to come up with a solution that worked structurally and that we liked. Great job. Levi and Chris then met with me and my wife at Rhino's office at my request before Rhino's office normally opens we discussed options and signed a contract.The install started on the day it was scheduled and was done in 2 days. Love the work they did on my roof. I totally recommend Rhino roofing.
