Other than having to spend thousands of dollar's on a new roof, this was a great experience from start to finish.

How my new roof would be installed was explained in detail & Rhino Roofers take the extra steps to ensure my new roof lasts as long as possible. Next, the way the roofing crew took the extra time to lay down tarps as well as cover the exterior sides of my house before starting the job ensured that my house was protected & zero trash was left behind when the job was completed.

The roofing crew was fast, professional, & the project manager was always available during the installation to answer any questions I had. Once the job was completed, I was given a final detailed explanation of the work that was performed & all of my remaining questions were answered.

Lastly, I would like to say that the entire roofing process was well organized & coordinated. I was given continual status updates on where I was in the process from beginning to end. The scheduling & billing departments were all prompt, courteous, & extremely professional.

I highly recommend Rhino Roofers & while I hope I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, I would definitely use them again when the time comes for my next new roof.

This is truly a professional company, from the office staff, inspector, supply staff, project manager and installers. All these folks leave no stone uncovered to ensure this project is a perfect endeavor. Many thanks to a world renowned company.

Let me start off with, "What a great experience I had with Rhino Roofers". From start to finish, I must have had at least 5 consultants calling and checking in on progress or possible hiccups. There were none. Would like to recognize Carlee on her Profesionalism and patience with us, answering all our questions. Great Job Young Lady. I cannot forget our Project Manager Victor, also very professional, answering my questions while on site. This gentleman meticulously walked my property to ensure no debri/nails were left. I had a concern about my roof and Levi Swang came to inspect my issue. He stated that the thing I was concerned about my roof was by design. He could have quoted me for something which was not needed. I really appreciate the honesty and gesture like this. I would definitely recommend them

Kirkland was prompt, respectful and honest. He advised that my roof was in great shape and did not need any attention for another several years. He did find something that needed to be nailed down because the current nails were rusty and he did so at no charge. Would highly recommend him and the company to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.

Our experience with Rhino was amazing! From the initial inspection to completion and clean up, the Rhino team kept us informed on every step being completed and were happy to answer any questions we had along the way. They showed up on time and began work immediately. They started at 6:30a and were done at 3:30p with no hindrance of our daily lives. I highly recommend Rhino for your next roofing project, they were on the higher end of the three estimates we got, but not by too much. We had their top tier shingles (Duration Storm) installed along with 3 new ridge vents installed to correct the inadequate ventilation provided by the home builder. It was worth the little extra money for the customer service and professional work provided. “Buy once, cry once” we have complete peace of mind with our new roof because of their manufacture/installation warranties. Don’t trust one of the most important parts of your home to anyone else! Carlee was our main point of contact and she was an absolute blessing to us throughout the process, she is the epitome of customer service! (Give her a raise!) Along with Kirkland, Mariana, and Matthew, the team assigned to us was absolutely amazing and we are well pleased. I hope that management knows and appreciates the quality of employees they have. Carlee also jumped in to provide roof samples and pictures and helped me with financing. Jordan led the install crew and was always available for any questions I had. A few gutters got bent during the removal and they replaced all my gutters at no cost. Such a great team and company to work with. Honest and transparent. Would highly recommend. Rhino Roofers team did a BEAUTIFUL job on our roof, as well as, our gutters. From start to finish they kept us informed of where they were in the process. At the end of the work day, everything was picked up as if they were not even there. Highly recommend this amazing group of people! Photos were done by Bill Caldera who is pretty awesome as well!

Everything about this experience was great from start to finish. They explained the job, scheduled the work, showed up as promised, finished, then thoroughly cleaned up afterward. I'm satisfied that I made the right choice.

They were able to schedule me asap and actually showed up early to our scheduled meeting. No “does 8am to 6pm work for you?” They checked out my roof and didn’t give me the run around and costly estimates. The technician was kind, competent, courteous, and efficient. Justin showed up on time and in a company vehicle. He was extremely professional and inspected my roof for any damage. He fixed some minor issues (hammering in exposed nails and tamping down flashing) as part of the inspection. He honestly assessed the health of my roof and instructed me on areas to keep an eye on. Overall, a good experience and I'd definitely call them if I need any repairs in the future.
