I reached out to Rhino Roofers after realizing that the original builders had not installed my roof correctly. From the first phone call, their call center team was incredibly helpful and empathetic, promptly scheduling a free inspection. The assessment process was seamless and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they identified and addressed the issue.

Alongside the roof repair, I decided to move forward with gutter installation. Rhino Roofers coordinated two separate install dates, keeping the process organized and on track.

After the work was completed, the crew encouraged me to call if any issues came up—which, unfortunately, they did. A minor oversight caused water to flow outside the gutter system. It wasn’t entirely in Rhino Roofers’ control, but once the issue was spotted, I initially had difficulty reconnecting with their team.

I worked through their escalation process, and eventually, the owner reached out to me directly. He explained they were experiencing some technology issues that affected communication and sincerely apologized. That gesture meant a lot. Mistakes happen, but when leadership steps up and takes accountability, it shows the company’s true commitment to its customers.

In the end, the gutters look fantastic, the leak was fixed, and I’m happy with the overall quality of the installation. While there’s still room for improvement in their follow-up process, I’m confident they’re working on it—and I believe they’re headed in the right direction.

I highly recommend Rhino Roofers and plan to use them again for future roofing projects.

Nicholas and his team did a wonderful job in fulfilling our roof replacement project. They came in early, covered the surrounding to protect from any damage snd started the job while keeping us updated with the progress. In the end they left the home in spic and span condition. We used Rhino Roofers recently to replace our roof. We are highly satisfied with the job they did.
Starting with Levy our person who came out to do the free inspection, he went out of his way to make sure we were helped.
Tara was our Rhino Roofers office person, she was always available to us with any question or concerns we had, she was oustanding.
The whole office was on top of everything and made it as easy as possible for us.
And last the installation crew, Victor the project manager was the kindest person and made sure we were informed about every step. I called Rhino Roofers out after several storms. I found a white piece of fiberglass siding shattered on my back porch. The only area I have white fiberglass is on my chimney. They booked an appointment for me and came out today to check on my roof and chimney. They took pictures that showed clearly all areas of the roof and the complete chimney.

They were so professional and quickly took pictures so I could see with my own eyes the condition of my roof & chimney. Praise the Lord I had no damage and I felt so secure knowing that my home is in good condition!

I will call Rhino Roofers when I need roofing repair or replacement. I also will recommend them to anyone who needs to have their roof checked out.

They do not charge to come out and examine your property and if needed give you an estimate.

We just finished a day with Rhino Roofers. New roof on house and storage room. Beautiful workmanship hard working technicians and totally a work of precision at it best. I watched these guys threw the day and they worked as a unit and non stop. They care about your yard throughout their stay and picking up and clean up was top on the list. Although we could have possibly gotten a slightly lower price with another contractor, we felt Rhino Roofers gave us a competitive price for our new roof, but what sold us was the experience we got from a member of your team who just happened to be driving through my neighborhood almost three years ago. His name was Wesley Noyd. Although we weren’t prepared to replace our roof at that time, I never forgot how well he treated us. That moment created a future customer and three years later here we are. Our consultant Christian also did an incredible job. He was personable and at no moment did we feel pressured to buy. Victor and his team completed the roof replacement quickly and left my property in better shape than they found it. Absolutely amazing company. After being ghosted by 3 other companies I contacted rhino roofers. Jimi came out and went through everything with us on what to expect and how everything was going to go with installation. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions, didn't pressure us and helped us pick out our roof color. 5 Star all the way around! We had a hole in our roof when the previous occupants tried to tear off a satellite dish. I looked on the internet and the number 1 roofing company in San Antonio (also in Austin) is Rhino Roofers (by voters) and we know now the reasons. I called and was able to get an appointment from a cancellation but they are busy so it would have been next week at the earliest. I called Rhino Roofers and Carlee gave the short lesson on roofing companies and what to look for. On the day of the inspection, Tatijana drove up in a bad to the bone truck. She jumped out and was the friendliest, laid back female roofer I ever met. Okay, the only female roofer I've ever met and as the Mom of 3 daughters she embodied everything I hope for them. She was professional, kind, patient, willing to explain everything and did a thorough inspection of the roof. The best part-it was not thousands of dollars to fix!! The price was way below what we thought they would charge. Tatijana took her time, sent a ton of photos to me and gave her best recommendations. She gave us a detailed quote and we could take our time to decide the way forward. But, we wanted it fixed before the next round of storms and this was company we wanted to fix it! They are booked up for a few weeks but she gave us a nice, temporary fix to keep the water out. Tatijana said Rhino Roofers was a great company to work for and she would never consider another roofing company. Please hear that Misty, David, and Dante (company owners). She is a gem! Nicholas and his crew did an outstanding job. I was sent text messages throughout the day advising me of the job status and at completion Nicholas walked me around the entire house to confirm the work that had been completed. He then used a drone to take photos of the roof for my records. I highly recommend Rhino for an excellent roof.
