Roof Repair San Antonio TX Rhino Roofers
WE BUILD TOUGH ROOFS!
Andres explained he would manually do walk over roof, while taking video of what he sees & reports in real time!
Happy to report I received a good check up!
Andres is very personable! A joy to work with & in just our short visit, I believe he is truly an assist to the Rhino Roofers company!
He put my mind at ease about my 15 yr old roof & knowing I am in their system should I ever need anything with my roof!!!
Thank You Rhino Roofers & Thank You Andres!!!!
Very friendly crew too!
Communication was excellent as well.
Alongside the roof repair, I decided to move forward with gutter installation. Rhino Roofers coordinated two separate install dates, keeping the process organized and on track.
After the work was completed, the crew encouraged me to call if any issues came up—which, unfortunately, they did. A minor oversight caused water to flow outside the gutter system. It wasn’t entirely in Rhino Roofers’ control, but once the issue was spotted, I initially had difficulty reconnecting with their team.
I worked through their escalation process, and eventually, the owner reached out to me directly. He explained they were experiencing some technology issues that affected communication and sincerely apologized. That gesture meant a lot. Mistakes happen, but when leadership steps up and takes accountability, it shows the company’s true commitment to its customers.
In the end, the gutters look fantastic, the leak was fixed, and I’m happy with the overall quality of the installation. While there’s still room for improvement in their follow-up process, I’m confident they’re working on it—and I believe they’re headed in the right direction.
I highly recommend Rhino Roofers and plan to use them again for future roofing projects.
Thanks again to the entire Rhino Roofing team for resolving the issue and being open to feedback. I’ll be in touch soon about the next project. Be ready—it’s going to be a big one!
His presentation of the history of my roof damage was excellent.
Starting with Levy our person who came out to do the free inspection, he went out of his way to make sure we were helped.
Tara was our Rhino Roofers office person, she was always available to us with any question or concerns we had, she was oustanding.
The whole office was on top of everything and made it as easy as possible for us.
And last the installation crew, Victor the project manager was the kindest person and made sure we were informed about every step. The installation crew was awesome they worked hard to a high quality standard and took great care to tidy up the site after completion. We can highly recommend Rhino Roofers!
They were so professional and quickly took pictures so I could see with my own eyes the condition of my roof & chimney. Praise the Lord I had no damage and I felt so secure knowing that my home is in good condition!
I will call Rhino Roofers when I need roofing repair or replacement. I also will recommend them to anyone who needs to have their roof checked out.
They do not charge to come out and examine your property and if needed give you an estimate.
Thank You for your honesty and professionalism.

Roof issues can be deceiving. Even though you may think that the problems you see on the outside are minor, they could be significant.
- If you neglect a damaged ridge capping or cracked tiles, it could cause a leaking roof. This could then lead to moisture accumulation and water damage inside the house. This could eventually cause mold to spread on the roof and walls. Don’t underestimate the impact of even a single broken tile on your roof!
- If there are any shingles or shakes missing, it can increase the chances of nearby shingles or shakes blowing off. This can leave your home more vulnerable to water damage.
- Shingles that are old and curling or splitting are more prone to being blown off, which means they have lost their waterproofing ability.
- Interior leaking can be caused by rusted or missing flashing on chimneys, skylights, or vent pipes, particularly if they are in valleys on a rooftop.
- If you notice any indoor discoloration, cracked paint, peeling wallpaper, areas where outside light shines through, or sagging, this could be a sign of a damaged, leaky roof that is causing water issues.
- If you observe animals frequently on your roof, it could be an indication of a problem. Certain critters have the ability to crawl beneath tiles to build their nests, which can damage the underlying wood. Additionally, bird droppings may also cause damage to your roof, requiring repairs. Therefore, keep an eye out for any such signs.

San Antonio Commercial Roofing Services
- Single Ply Membrane Roofing
Single-ply membrane roofing is a type of commercial roofing system that consists of a single layer of material that is applied to the roof deck. At any rate, the top two single-ply membrane materials are thermoplastic and thermoset. These materials are lightweight, flexible, and resistant to weathering, UV radiation, and especially temperature changes. Click the links below for more information. TPO is by far the most common roof material for commercial roofs.
- Commercial Metal Roofs
- Foam Roofs
Spray polyurethane foam (also known as SPF) can be sprayed to form a foam layer on a commercial roof. Although not as well-known as other options, spray polyurethane foam roofing can be a viable option. Another key point to consider is the boost in energy efficiency from having a foam-insulated roof. All in all, foam roofs are incredibly lightweight and without a doubt a great option for older buildings.
- Modified Bitumen
Modified bitumen roofing is similar to asphalt-based built-up roofing. In comparison, modified bitumen roofing differs in its design for flat and low-slope roofs. MB Roofs offer installers a greater variety of options than BUR roofing.
In conclusion, we offer roof coating services to provide additional protection for commercial roofs. Sooner or later your commercial roof will need to be replaced and Rhino Roofers will be here for you with a variety of options.
Rhino Roofers can also handle roofing projects for multi-family properties, including HOA-approved roofs, apartment roofs, assisted-living center roofs, and church rooftops. In other words, there’s no job we can’t handle.
