Rhino Roofers was outstanding from start to finish with the process of replacing my roof! Full story: Buying or replacing a roof is an expensive and long-term investment, which should be accomplished with the utmost diligence and research. Following storm damage to my home’s aging roof, I began the process of replacing my roof by assessing reviews and credentials of the numerous roofing specialists who left brochures at my home. While Rhino Roofers was not one of the contractors who canvassed our neighborhood, I was somewhat familiar with them based on their billboards and other advertising. After being very impressed by their Google ratings, I decided to have them do a free roof assessment. The combination of their roof assessment, initial presentation and favorable ratings led to me selecting Rhino Roofers to replace my roof. First step of the process was an assessment, which included both photos and drone footage of my roof, as well as an explanation of the nature and extent of the damage, as well as what work would need to be accomplished. Following this assessment, my consultant, Levi S., explained my roof options in detail, and patiently worked with me to select the option that would work best for me from a longevity, performance and aesthetics standpoint. Meanwhile, Levi and his team created a comprehensive proposal and estimate, then met with my insurance company adjuster to assess the roof and process the claim. Levi even placed a temporary tarp over an area of my roof with missing shingles, thereby giving temporary protection while the claim was being processed. After helping obtain approval for full roof replacement, Rhino Roofers coordinated timing for the project. Matthew B. and his crew did the roof removal, replacement and clean-up in one day, and provided drone photos of the project while it was on-going. My new roof is absolutely beautiful and nicely complements the color of my home’s brickwork and trim. My property was also left very clean following the install. Last, there was a slight issue with the last step of settling the claim with my insurer, and Chris G. and Rosa T. from Rhino Roofers’ accounting department patiently worked with me and my insurer to ensure everything was properly itemized and invoiced. Trust me when I say I have exacting standards and very high expectations for quality work and customer service, especially for high cost and big ticket items. Rhino Roofers did a tremendous job with my roof replacement during every step of the process and has earned my highest endorsement. Thanks for a job well done!

Tatiiana Zamora did an amazing job inspecting our roof for Rhino Roofers. She made lots of pictures and a video of the inspection and went over everything with afterwards. She was thorough, friendly and very detailed. I appreciate the job she did and the very detailed estimate of repair work that she put together for me.

I reached out to Rhino Roofers after realizing that the original builders had not installed my roof correctly. From the first phone call, their call center team was incredibly helpful and empathetic, promptly scheduling a free inspection. The assessment process was seamless and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they identified and addressed the issue.

Alongside the roof repair, I decided to move forward with gutter installation. Rhino Roofers coordinated two separate install dates, keeping the process organized and on track.

After the work was completed, the crew encouraged me to call if any issues came up—which, unfortunately, they did. A minor oversight caused water to flow outside the gutter system. It wasn’t entirely in Rhino Roofers’ control, but once the issue was spotted, I initially had difficulty reconnecting with their team.

I worked through their escalation process, and eventually, the owner reached out to me directly. He explained they were experiencing some technology issues that affected communication and sincerely apologized. That gesture meant a lot. Mistakes happen, but when leadership steps up and takes accountability, it shows the company’s true commitment to its customers.

In the end, the gutters look fantastic, the leak was fixed, and I’m happy with the overall quality of the installation. While there’s still room for improvement in their follow-up process, I’m confident they’re working on it—and I believe they’re headed in the right direction.

I highly recommend Rhino Roofers and plan to use them again for future roofing projects.

Nicholas and his team did a wonderful job in fulfilling our roof replacement project. They came in early, covered the surrounding to protect from any damage snd started the job while keeping us updated with the progress. In the end they left the home in spic and span condition. Overall, Rhino Roofers as a company was very pleasant to work with and we are totally satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Rhino Roofers.

Every encounter I’ve had with this company has been great. Micheal Torres came out and was forthright and upfront about the project and costs and answered all questions.

We used Rhino Roofers recently to replace our roof. We are highly satisfied with the job they did.
Starting with Levy our person who came out to do the free inspection, he went out of his way to make sure we were helped.
Tara was our Rhino Roofers office person, she was always available to us with any question or concerns we had, she was oustanding.
The whole office was on top of everything and made it as easy as possible for us.
And last the installation crew, Victor the project manager was the kindest person and made sure we were informed about every step. The installation crew was awesome they worked hard to a high quality standard and took great care to tidy up the site after completion. We can highly recommend Rhino Roofers!

I called Rhino Roofers out after several storms. I found a white piece of fiberglass siding shattered on my back porch. The only area I have white fiberglass is on my chimney. They booked an appointment for me and came out today to check on my roof and chimney. They took pictures that showed clearly all areas of the roof and the complete chimney.

They were so professional and quickly took pictures so I could see with my own eyes the condition of my roof & chimney. Praise the Lord I had no damage and I felt so secure knowing that my home is in good condition!

I will call Rhino Roofers when I need roofing repair or replacement. I also will recommend them to anyone who needs to have their roof checked out.

They do not charge to come out and examine your property and if needed give you an estimate.

We just finished a day with Rhino Roofers. New roof on house and storage room. Beautiful workmanship hard working technicians and totally a work of precision at it best. I watched these guys threw the day and they worked as a unit and non stop. They care about your yard throughout their stay and picking up and clean up was top on the list. Although we could have possibly gotten a slightly lower price with another contractor, we felt Rhino Roofers gave us a competitive price for our new roof, but what sold us was the experience we got from a member of your team who just happened to be driving through my neighborhood almost three years ago. His name was Wesley Noyd. Although we weren’t prepared to replace our roof at that time, I never forgot how well he treated us. That moment created a future customer and three years later here we are. Our consultant Christian also did an incredible job. He was personable and at no moment did we feel pressured to buy. Victor and his team completed the roof replacement quickly and left my property in better shape than they found it. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend Rhino Roofers to everyone I know needing a new roof.

Absolutely amazing company. After being ghosted by 3 other companies I contacted rhino roofers. Jimi came out and went through everything with us on what to expect and how everything was going to go with installation. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions, didn't pressure us and helped us pick out our roof color. The team that came out and completed our roof install was also wonderful and was completely pretty quickly with no issues. Definitely recommend!
