A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR ROOF AGREEMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. General

By entering the Rhino Roofers 2025 Bill’s Elves Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Rhino Roofers (“Sponsor”), each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”).

By submitting an entry, entrants:

– agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes; and

– waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or in these Official Rules.

Failure to follow these Official Rules or any instructions from Sponsor relating to this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who:

– are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and

– reside in Texas.

Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and any other companies involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and siblings and their spouses) and those living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on December 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on December 22, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer and/or booking systems will be the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Entry by Phone – “Bill’s Elves” Call-In Inspection

During the Sweepstakes Period:

Call Rhino Roofers at (210) 361-ROOF (7663);

Mention “Bill’s Elves” when you call; and

Book a free, no-obligation roof inspection for your home or business located in Texas.

Booking a free inspection through this method will earn the caller one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
A purchase, signed roof agreement, or deposit is not required to enter or to receive a quote.

B. Free Alternative Method (AMOE) – No inspection or Purchase Required: Complete entry form on Rhino Roofers website, limit one (1) entry per address.

C. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Inspection or Purchase Required

To enter without booking an inspection, during the Sweepstakes Period mail a postcard containing:

– Full name
– Mailing address
– Phone number
– Email address
– The phrase: “Rhino Roofers 2025 Bill’s Elves Sweepstakes Entry” to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 22, 2025 and received by Sponsor no later than December 24, 2025. Each properly completed postcard received during this time will count as one (1) entry.

5. Entry Limits and Conditions

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple phone numbers, email addresses, identities, registrations, or any automated methods may result in disqualification.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, or generated by script, macro, or other automated means may be void and subject to disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you using the contact information provided in your entry for purposes related to the administration of the Sweepstakes. If entry is offered via any online form, your use of Sponsor’s website is also subject to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded:

50% off the total contract price of one (1) full roof replacement using Owens Corning Duration Storm asphalt shingles, installed by Rhino Roofers on a residential property in Texas, up to a maximum discount value of $10,000 (the “Prize”).

Details and conditions:

The 50% discount applies only to qualifying full roof replacement projects using Owens Corning Duration Storm asphalt shingles.

Non-asphalt roofing systems and other materials (including but not limited to metal roofing, TPO, stone-coated steel, or specialty systems) are not eligible for this discount.

Any costs, upgrades, or additional work exceeding the maximum discount amount or outside the scope of the roof replacement contract will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is not transferable, may not be substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting and using the Prize.

7. Selection of Winner

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about December 24, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner may be required to:

– complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where permitted by law), and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor (collectively, “Winner Documents”) within 48 hours of initial notification; and

– provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.

If:

– the potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the time stated in the notification;

– the potential winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements;

– the potential winner does not timely return the Winner Documents; or

– the notification is returned as undeliverable,

then the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

A potential winner is not an official winner until their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified by Sponsor.

10. Release and Disclaimer

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to:

– release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for, and shall not be liable for:

– lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, incomplete, or illegible entries;

– any technical malfunctions of telephone systems, computer hardware or software, lost or unavailable network connections, interruptions, or failed communications;

– any human error, printing error, or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

If you participate using a mobile device, standard message and data rates may apply according to your carrier’s plan.

11. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who:

– tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes;

– violates these Official Rules;

– commits fraud or undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; or

– acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or harassing manner toward Sponsor, its representatives, or any other entrant.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any marketing materials conflict with these Official Rules, the Official Rules control.

12. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

– clarify or modify these Official Rules without materially affecting the terms of the Sweepstakes; and/or

– cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If the Sweepstakes is canceled after receiving entries, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner by random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and/or voice for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

14. Disputes; Governing Law

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, entrants agree that:

– any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and

– in any such dispute, recovery shall be limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to attorneys’ fees, or any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

Any action relating to the Sweepstakes shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and all entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be postmarked no earlier than the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor within 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period.
