I had my roof replaced last year and Rhino provided excellent service. Communication was outstanding from the beginning to the end. They explained my options, the quote, timeline process and warranty. They were also quick and left the yard clean free from debris. This week I thought I had a porch leak related to the roof so I called them. They were quick to respond and send Matt V over to inspect the area. Turned out it had nothing to do with the roof but more related to my siding. Matt V provided me with solutions and went out of his way to help me fix the problem. The team showed up at first light which really impressed me. They did a great job of covering everywhere roofing would fall & even better job at lean up. I would like to start by saying that it is hard to find a company that not only stands behind their name but, puts customer care above all. Kirkland and Jacob came out to give us an estimate to replace our roof. They did an excellent job and were extremely thorough. I appreciate how detailed Kirkland was in his inspection of our 2 story house. They got on the roof and videotaped everything and explained what we were looking at in the video. Kirkland also looked in our attic as well. Once the inspection was completed they sat at the table with my wife and myself and made sure that we understood everything and answered any questions we had. I still have one more quote in the morning, because that’s just the way I operate, but Kirkland earned bonus points for himself and his company today. Excellent job. Thank you!

Michael Torres ,did a phenomenal job on our roof replacement consultation, providing a professional insight on what is recommend and any additional hicks ups that might happen during the renovation project. His experience and follow up during review with the insurance adjuster was helpful. He was able to attend, even on short notice. We are replacing two roofs. Recommend Michael Torres and Rhino Roofers. Installation Team: The Rhino team, Preston, Juan and Louis strikes again with excellent installation and follow up during the process. We have the Roof to prove it and a happy wife. Tremendous care was taken by screening plants, and trees with tarps. Cleaning of the area was meticulous, especially in nail pick-up. if I could give them more than five stars, I would. Every step of the way this was an exceptional experience from Kurt who came out and did the original assessment to all the people in the office, who made it very easy to go through everyone of the steps to Matt V. Who was the installation foreman keeping me apprised as every step was completed on the job. Did not really expect it to be good or easy, but it was, and I’ve had Previously Bad experience with other roofing companies. The work was meticulously done; the yard in the surrounding areas were inspected thoroughly and cleaned. I have a dog and so knowing that he’s safe going outside in the backyard and won’t pick up a nail or something means a lot. The little extras just were all there. thank you guys for everything.
