Kurt met with me to discuss my roof repair/replacement. He did a thorough inspection of my roof, and determined that the 3 roofing companies that previously bid my project (Elemental, Bondoc, and Rangel) were full of ______ by telling me they couldn't make the repair without it being a full replacement. The estimated repair by Rhino will be +/- $5K. The three aforementioned companies know that I have 30K on hand for a full replacement, and said they couldn't make a repair, unless the repair was a full replacement. We will move forward with Rhino, thanks to Kurt's honesty. Be careful who you trust!

Kurt was awesome. He explained the process for installing the roof, and showed me the different options that were available. He was exceptionally thorough with his presentation. Kurt made me comfortable with the decisions I made, and did not push to sell me the ones I chose not to get at this time. He made the experience light hearted and as stress free as possible. Thank you for the great experience; excited for my new roof.

I was completely impressed by Rhino Roofing in the way they did a roofing estimate that I asked for. Their representative Kurt McDermott was absolutely amazing. He spent a long time inspecting the roof with amazing high tech tools. The estimate was very complete and exactly what I needed. He listened intently and was very patient, being sure he covered everything throughly.

We had a great experience with Rhino Roofers and everyone that worked with us to get our roof done. Kathleen was great and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Justin came to do our quote for us and was very thorough and informative. Matthew was our project manager and he made sure to keep me up to date on their progress and anything they encountered that could cause some changes to the job. Loved the progress photos from start to finish as well! Definitely recommend them!

I would give them 6 stars if that was an option. Was a general contractor in residential construction for over 35 years and never had a crew this fast and responsive.

Christian came by and gave us an inspection. He was very professional and thorough. His report was comprehensive and i appreciated his walk through of "immediate" needed repairs vs "you should probably get this done in the near future" repair options. I like how RR doesn't use subcontractors, too, per Christian.

Levi was wonderful and was able to show me a video of himself on my room going over everything (or lack of) issues that existed. They were professional, kind, and I experienced great customer service. I will be calling them back with any future issues and recommending to anybody I know in Austin.

Mike Torres came out and inspected my whole roof, took photos and videos and explained in detail what the issue was. He then explained what they would do to fix the roof leak and finally discussed pricing and payment options. He was friendly and professional. 🙂

Truly greatful to Christian Lazarow at Rhino Roofers for evaluating our home prior to our 1-year new home warranty expiring. Christain's expertise and professionalism was top-notch; he identified multiple points of concern for potential damage and noted existing damage to our roof. His detailed report allowed us to return to our builder to remedy these existing concerns and they were resolved promptly by the initial roof installers. Most important, Christian returned back to our home to re-evaluate the completed repairs which ultimately gave us the satisfaction/guarantee our roof's integrety would hold as designed!! Christian Lazarow was my Rhino Roofing consultant to look for a leak I had. He was on time, courteous, professional, and diagnosed my problem in 15 minutes. I had two other roofing companies out to fix this issue two previous times, and they both missed the real problem. Rhino, and Christian, will be my first call from now on.

Overall I had a great experience with Rhino Roofers. When the first came out, Levi took the time to explain the entire process from project start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about Rhino's process as well as the insurance side of things. When insurance sent someone out, Levi was also there to make sure the adjuster knew what they were looking at. It was very reassuring. On project day, the Team was out before the sun and got everything completed within the day. The roof looks great too! The only feedback I can offer is that one of the selling points was that they would prevent nails and scrap from falling in the yard with a large tarp they put up. I have pets and am outside a lot and was told they would make sure there was no debris left so no one gets hurt. There was in fact lots of nails lying around and I picked up probably a few dozen. Luckily my dogs were not harmed.
