Did a great job. Didn’t bother with just meeting minimum standards. Got the job done, and done right… the first time.

I had Kurt come out and do a free inspection on the house for a roof leak. He came out the next day after doing an inquire on their website. He did a full video and photo inspection. Spent time talking with me after showing the damage that was done as well as repairs that needed to be made. They were able to get me in the following week and all repairs were made in 1 day, and get a attic fan installes to help out during the summer months. Will definitely be going back with them when my roof expires in the next 10 years!

Justin Samaniego and Kathleen Zamora were exceptional from beginning to end. We initially planned on getting three bids for our roof, but Rhino Roofers was our first meeting—and after that initial consultation, we felt completely comfortable selecting them and are so glad we did.

The entire process was amazing. Everything was explained in detail, communication was constant, and follow-ups were consistent and timely. When we ran into challenges getting HOA approval, Justin and Kathleen immediately stepped in to support us and provided all the information needed to help move the approval process forward. They truly went above and beyond.

I contacted Rhino Roofers late yesterday evening about a roof leak and they had someone at my house the next morning. I had the pleasure of meeting Andres who was courteous and professional for the word go. Andres was very throughout and went above and beyond during his visit. He performed an inspection and recorded a video while he was in the roof explaining everything. He even offered to tack down a tarp over the roof leak before we even hired Rhino for the repair. I learned more from Andres about roofing during his visit than I have my whole life. Highly recommended and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We just needed "critter damage" repaired on my mom's house but will call them again for future roofing or gutter work.

He came well prepared to include samples of shingles, answered all questions and was clear and concise in his pitch. If we select this company it would be due to Kurt’s presentation and being quite personable, a great representative for your company.

Communication from the beginning with Tatijana to the final install the process was easy and quick. The detailed pictures at the time of inspection and then again during install showed in detail what the issues were and how the crew was progressing throughout the day. There was no hiding of information or asking questions to get information, everything was provided in the beginning in detail. Will 100% recommend their services to anyone who asks.

I was nervous looking for a roofing company because dealing with contractors can be such a headache. Rhino's five stars were encouraging but I worried they were going to be out of my budget. Levi was absolutely AMAZING. I called Rhino Roofers after the cold front hit and I found out my heat wasn’t working because a bird got caught in my HVAC. The cap on the pipe sticking out of my roof blew off during a storm and with a 3 month old baby I didn’t want myself or my sleep deprived fiancé up on the roof trying to fix it. Levi came out quick, inspected the entire roof and fixed the pipe cap at an amazing price and gave us peace of mind knowing nothing else would get into my attic and cause issues. They didn’t give me some crazy over inflated estimate to try and repair damage that wasn’t there like some companies do to get money from your insurance. I trust Levi, and If I ever need help with my roof again I will certainly contact the Rhino Roofers team!
