After shopping several roofing companies for a repair, I went with Rhino Roofers to complete the work. I was impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. Several other companied were "selling" a new roof as the required repair. Rhino felt a repair of certain areas was all that was needed and the existing roof still had life in it. I was given a start date and time which Rhino Roofers held too. Honesty and customer service is missing in many companies so working with Rhino turned out to be refreshing. I would use them again and would highly recommend them based on my experience.

We recently moved into a house that needed some roof repairs, gutters and overall review of the roof. Previously there was work done and just didn't seem to be done correctly. We called a couple places who either didn't want to bother with trying to fix it or just never got back to me.

I'd seen Rhino Roofing's brand around the city and often find that a company who invests in good marketing, also invests in the value of their business. I wasn't wrong in this case.
The first person they sent did an extremely thorough and comprehensive assessment. Outlining exactly what was needed, recommendations, and it was followed by a proposal.

Were they the cheapest? No.

BUT, going cheap is not worth it for something as critical as a home investment project like roofing. I want quality, support, and a knowledge team to answer my questions. Welp! That's exactly what we got with Rhino Roofers. Super nice people, made my life easy with everything from appointment setup to evaluating how the project would go down. Then a photo timeline of before, during, and after-- what?!
No messes left behind. Everything was explained. Transparent written terms along with pricing.

We had a few Shingles blow off the roof from the last storm. We called Rhino Roofers, and they sent their representative Levi. We explained our concers, he listed, and completed a through inspection. He was efficient, professional and very friendly. He took photos and then explained the repair in full detail.we are very satified with the repair. I had an experience with Rhino Roofers re-roofing my house after hail damage. I contacted our roofers and they sent out a young man by the name of Kirkland is his first name. I don’t remember his last name. He seemed very knowledgeable and he went up and looked at my roof and everything come back down discussed everything and talk to me about it told me how much it would cost and how it would work with the insurance company. I took a couple days to think about it, and finally decided to go with them one because of the warranty that they had and the quality of the shingles that they were using for the project. it was very smooth and seamless situation for me with them. They contacted the insurance company and went over everything that the insurance company had already done filed a supplement on some costs and the day of the roof to be replaced. They showed up early in the morning around 7 AM andstart in. They put netting and typing up on the house to protect the side of the house and my plants in the flowerbeds around the house. They moved items out of the way and so that they wouldn’t get damaged that they could move. They started in and tore off the old roof they were tearing it off. They were picking up people picking up the liberty and put it into a dumpster truck, which was really good. They didn’t wait until everything was done. They were doing it as they went. They started re-roofing and had the whole job completed by 5 o’clock in the evening and they were able to show me as progress began. They use the drone to survey everything as it was going along and at the end after everything was completed they also installed 245 walked solar vents for my roof, which should keep the Attic cooler in the summer for me and any other time. I would highly recommend Rhino Roofers if you’re planning to have your roof redone. I had more problems with the insurance company that I did. The roofing company and my insurance company was USAA again Rhino Roofers we’re very professional and quick to get the job done. They didn’t cut any corners that I could see, and I was watching them as a former builder from the Midwest. Thanks again, Rhino Roofers.

Rhino did a great job of keeping me updated about the status of the roof replacement. In particular, Emily was very helpful and was always ready to answer all my questions. They got the entire roof replaced within 1 day and cleaned up everything so you would never know that they'd even been out there. They offer also offered several flexible financing options. Relocating back to San Antonio after replacing a roof after a tornado hit us in Arkansas we were immediately affected by a hail storm. They made it possible to upgrade the shingles used to replace the previous materials making it more comfortable for our budget. We felt they took the extra effort to give us peace of mind with the job they performed by keeping us informed on the teams arrival to our home, concerns they encountered removing the previous roof and took the effort to keep the site clean and safe for us to get in and out of home as they worked. They even took the time to stop working to assist my wife who is handicapped to go where she needed to go safely. The entire Rhino Roofers team were great to work with from the quote, office, finance department, project manager, installation crew and gutter replacement team were outstanding and professional the entire time. Shingles are high quality and the color is perfect. The crew was great, very efficient, loved that they "wrap" the house and place tarps around the property to catch all debris and nails. Everyone at Rhino Roofers is so great to work with. I highly recommend them.

My original roof was shingle for over 30 years. Jordan, Levi and Josh were absolutely amazing! The crew came out and knocked out tearing apart the old roof, making minor repairs, and installing my new aged-bronze METAL roof in less than a week! There was a gang of 8 on installation day. Rhino got it knocked out in less than 3 days! The crew was friendly, spoke English (LOL) and did a good job of cleaning up. 40 year product warranty that is transferable with a lifetime warranty by Rhino. Amazing new look that we will enjoy and pass along to our children in the years to come!

Recently had to call Rhino Roofers for a roof repair on a ridge cap. The company had told me their warranty was reliable but with the recent hail storms in San Antonio, I honestly was skeptical. I was so wrong! The company stood firmly behind their warranty and fixed my problem the next morning after my call and before the San Antonio rains started. Rhino Roofers are the best! I highly recommend them to everyone! Shout out to Emily for helping me get started with the repair and Victor and his crew for completing it. 5 stars!

I thought I might have had some shingles missing with the recent high winds and several of my neighbors having damaged roofs. Jimi was very professional and provided a thorough free inspection of my roofing and thankfully there was no damage. I'm very thankful for this especially considering I had another roof repair company inspect my roof the previous week and they told me I was missing a shingle and wanted to charge me $350 to replace one shingle.

We got our roof replaced recently with rhino roofers. Overall Great service. Everything was done in a day. They cleaned the site very well. Follow up after work was good as well. They use great material and provide excellent warranty.

From the first inquiry phone call to the completion of the project, Rhino Roofers delivers! They kept us informed, answered all our questions, took the time to educate us on different aspects of our existing roof and different options moving forward. Financing was easy too. They took care of getting the permit needed, took care to keep our property safe and cleaned up afterward. They did our roof in about 7 hours which included a delay because of rain.
