Very HONEST company and employees. After over 5 other companies didn’t want to inspect our roof and give us a honest opinion. Jimi came by spoke with us and inspected; as well as informed us that everything was good with the roof. Others said we needed a new roof. Everyone else wanted to put in a claim. We are older veterans and we are glad that they were so honest and professional.

Kurt McDermott (roofing consultant) from rhino roofing provided a very thorough description of roof status and presentation. He came well prepared to include samples of shingles, answered all questions and was clear and concise in his pitch. If we select this company it would be due to Kurt’s presentation and being quite personable, a great representative for your company.

Excellent company, had the pleasure of meeting Kirkland, the appointment was above excellent, very detailed, very professional, explained everything very clearly. There are not companys like this anymore that put customer care and consideration into their meeting with the customer and the professional knowledge that we were given. His knowledge was over the top. We highly reccomend Rhino roofing to anyone that needs a repair or a full roof replacment. This is the company you need to be hiring if you want it done correctly. The pricing was much less than we exspected as well. He went in the attic and on the roof and took pictures and pointed all issues by camera so you can see the details of your issue. Communication from the beginning with Tatijana to the final install the process was easy and quick. The detailed pictures at the time of inspection and then again during install showed in detail what the issues were and how the crew was progressing throughout the day. There was no hiding of information or asking questions to get information, everything was provided in the beginning in detail. Will 100% recommend their services to anyone who asks.

I was nervous looking for a roofing company because dealing with contractors can be such a headache. Rhino's five stars were encouraging but I worried they were going to be out of my budget. Levi was absolutely AMAZING. I called Rhino Roofers after the cold front hit and I found out my heat wasn’t working because a bird got caught in my HVAC. The cap on the pipe sticking out of my roof blew off during a storm and with a 3 month old baby I didn’t want myself or my sleep deprived fiancé up on the roof trying to fix it. Levi came out quick, inspected the entire roof and fixed the pipe cap at an amazing price and gave us peace of mind knowing nothing else would get into my attic and cause issues. They didn’t give me some crazy over inflated estimate to try and repair damage that wasn’t there like some companies do to get money from your insurance. I trust Levi, and If I ever need help with my roof again I will certainly contact the Rhino Roofers team!

I was very impressed with Rhino Roofers when they assessed my roof for replacement last week.

Kurt and his assistant Jupiter were EXTREMELY professional and thorough with their presence and their inspection.

They both were very friendly and turns out we all had a lot in common so the time spent with them was enjoyable.

They did a great job displaying their company's process in their inspection process as well as their presentation at the end showing me all of their findings on my roof as well as what could be done better on the replacement such as higher grade shingles and a attic vent fan instead of traditional attic venting.

They went through each step of the replacement process including precautions to the home to keep the job site safe and damage free as well as what products they will be using on my roof and how they all work together to give me the best protection, warranty, and lifetime.

I recommend Rhino Roofers to anyone for all your roofing needs

A few days ago I posted a not so great review of Rhino Roofing, concerning some tree damage and warranty issues on a roof they installed on my mother's home, shortly after posting that review Rhino Roofing reached out and quickly jumped into helping us find a solution to our problems, Cole who reached out was awesome and was quick to get the issue resolved, and find a solution, and when I say resolved, I mean went above and beyond, the damage has since been repaired, and we couldn't be more thankful for everything they have done in such a short amount of time, i needed to rewrite this review just to say Thank you and would gladly recommend Rhino Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof installed, the quality of work and more than anything they're customer service and the people they have working for them are amazing, we could not be more grateful, and again, my family cant say it enough, thank you Rhino Roofing for all you have done.

I couldn’t be happier with the roof installation! Victor, the Project Manager, was incredibly nice and kept me informed throughout the day, giving me peace of mind as the work progressed and Chris went above and beyond by reaching out to the insurance company to address additional items discovered during the installation that required a supplement. He was very professional and always responded to my questions promptly. Rhino Roofers made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I highly recommend them!

Great experience. I had hail damage (softball sized hail) and my insurer paid a settlement. Afterward I called some contractors and choose Rhino. They responded quickly, worked within my scheduling request and did a great job. I had 5 layers of old roofing in some places, some rotten decking, and a membrane roof over an add-on room that had been leaking. They took care of it all and worked with my insurer for some additional coverage. I still had some out of pocket expenses in the end but I feel the amount was reasonable.
We have since had a spectacular and howling wet storm and nothing leaked.
There was one hiccup and that was a misunderstanding about the roof of an ADU in the back yard. It wasn't included in the first visit as I had expected, and I put my question to Rhino. They did a review and saw that the insurer had indeed included the ADU.
I had some additional out of pocket for that job, too, and Rhino let me know up front exactly what my part would be. The work was scheduled, done, and they even included adding a much needed turbin vent that I had previously bought.
I couldn't be more pleased with the Rhino team. They work hard to keep you informed at every step, work closely with your insurer to get you optimum settlement funds (even after you thought it was settled), and follow up to make sure nothing was missed and you are happy with the results. l have even had a compliment from a neighbor on how nice the new roof looks!

Andres was kind, thorough and efficient! He explained everything carefully and was amazing to work with. I felt like he really cared about me and the roof! He was easy to talk to and I'm thankful for his knowledge and professionalism!

Other than having to spend thousands of dollar's on a new roof, this was a great experience from start to finish.

How my new roof would be installed was explained in detail & Rhino Roofers take the extra steps to ensure my new roof lasts as long as possible. Next, the way the roofing crew took the extra time to lay down tarps as well as cover the exterior sides of my house before starting the job ensured that my house was protected & zero trash was left behind when the job was completed.

The roofing crew was fast, professional, & the project manager was always available during the installation to answer any questions I had. Once the job was completed, I was given a final detailed explanation of the work that was performed & all of my remaining questions were answered.

Lastly, I would like to say that the entire roofing process was well organized & coordinated. I was given continual status updates on where I was in the process from beginning to end. The scheduling & billing departments were all prompt, courteous, & extremely professional.

I highly recommend Rhino Roofers & while I hope I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, I would definitely use them again when the time comes for my next new roof.

I had a concern about my roof and Levi Swang came to inspect my issue. He stated that the thing I was concerned about my roof was by design. He could have quoted me for something which was not needed. I really appreciate the honesty and gesture like this. I would definitely recommend them

Kirkland was prompt, respectful and honest. He advised that my roof was in great shape and did not need any attention for another several years. He did find something that needed to be nailed down because the current nails were rusty and he did so at no charge. Would highly recommend him and the company to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.

Our experience with Rhino was amazing! From the initial inspection to completion and clean up, the Rhino team kept us informed on every step being completed and were happy to answer any questions we had along the way. They showed up on time and began work immediately. They started at 6:30a and were done at 3:30p with no hindrance of our daily lives. I highly recommend Rhino for your next roofing project, they were on the higher end of the three estimates we got, but not by too much. We had their top tier shingles (Duration Storm) installed along with 3 new ridge vents installed to correct the inadequate ventilation provided by the home builder. It was worth the little extra money for the customer service and professional work provided. “Buy once, cry once” we have complete peace of mind with our new roof because of their manufacture/installation warranties. Don’t trust one of the most important parts of your home to anyone else! Carlee was our main point of contact and she was an absolute blessing to us throughout the process, she is the epitome of customer service! (Give her a raise!) Along with Kirkland, Mariana, and Matthew, the team assigned to us was absolutely amazing and we are well pleased. I hope that management knows and appreciates the quality of employees they have. Rhino Roofers team did a BEAUTIFUL job on our roof, as well as, our gutters. From start to finish they kept us informed of where they were in the process.
