We had an amazing experience with Rhino Roofers. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. All of the crew members were polite and professional. The roof is beautiful and has really enhanced the overall appearance of our home. Bill took some excellent photos after all of the work was complete. My roof had weather-related damage for the past 11 years. I had worked with other roofing companies for patch repairs, but when it finally came time for a full replacement, I did my research and chose Rhino Roofers. Jupiter came out and did a thorough inspection and showed me clear photos and video of the damage. He presented options without any pressure to commit. We discussed what would work best for us and scheduled the replacement. They completed the entire roof replacement in just one day, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Kurt McDermott came out and did a full inspection of the roof. My mom worked as adjuster for USAA for most of her 34 year career so she knows the lingo. She said she liked Kurt because most guys in trades like this are condescending. She says he straight with her and probably picked up right away that she knew what he was talking about. My mom doesn't like anybody, sometimes including me, but she felt Kurt was a good guy. That's a compliment coming from this 79 year old spitfire.

Richard Garcia was an absolute pleasure to work with! He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He quickly located the problem and gave a detailed description of the repair needed. I feel he was very honest and transparent the entire time. Enjoyed working with him!
